Ofcourse, if we have society with people that focus more on career they have strengths in and passionate about, we will likely not have a situation where because of high pay the legs will be competing with the eyes for employment that's meant for the eye, or ears competing with hands etc. They all have different roles they were created for to play, and should discover it and develop themselves for the good of the body so we don't have dysfunctional society filled with people aimlessly chasing after money rather serving their purpose they were created for.

(i)You should know what do you want to do meaning what is your object of life.
(ii)What is your natural motivation and natural tendency.
(iii)What you should do regarding your education.
(iv) Have you completed your studies and now you should join some business or Job.
(v)Have you got technical or professional education that can support you for business.
(vi) are you mature to join some business or job.
(vii) Have you some experience for some business.
(viii) Have you enough money to do some business.

So do something keeping in mind these points.

I was reading this book 'unf*ck your life' and the section about 'give yourself permission' just sunk in.  I was miserable at my old job but people expected it of me and for years I scraped by but was miserable and lost most interest in programming.  I just wanted to make games.  And that is what I am doing now - I had to just give myself permission.  And that, along with getting back into crypto, has resparked my interests.  Just a reminder for all those people doing things for others.  It is your life so go for it.

I would say that OP is wrong. People should do what they hate! This is the only way they will remain consistent in the field they are into. Doing what you like shows that millions of people in the world love the work too. So, you will find so many competitors which is a red flag for anybody that is starting a business.

Doing things you hate keeps you on the job for long trying to love it in the first place. Moreover the orientation has changed. Stop doing what you love because the journey will get boring on the long run.

Career choice and School, they are totally different in some other ways, some people finish school and dump their certificate for something else to do to make money and they are succeeding. My advice is that go to school and learn but have it at the back of your mind that there is no white collar job. Not all certificates bring money.

I think that the best way for a child to be placed on his or her supposed  study is when the  parents knows the  child's desire and what the child  is interested in.
Parents can misslead their children  by pushing  them to do against  their will and this may lead to distruction of the childs future.
