I am taking interviews for a social media manager. Looking for a decent amount of experience with Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, and more. You will be responsible for creating content or helping in the creation and posting across all the companies social networks. You need knowledge of DeFi or I won't consider you.

I agree with you that users should read, but if they are a good candidate maybe I can overlook. I'm just skeptical of newbies.
