If you are a bit of gamblers like me and have the habit to visit online casinos from time to time you would be probably interested to learn about ^{"a comprehensive list of online casino scams, gambling scams and Crypto Casino scams that should be avoided under all circumstances."}

I only take points based on the data written by: @Robert Schreiber, below is related to gambling sites.

Here I can conclude that: @Robert Schreiber, a journalist, he released almost all online gambling sites that have ever existed both outside and in this forum, from the article written by: @Robert can say he doesn't know which sites are legit and scams, @Robert is just taking based on the reports he received on his review sites from gamblers.

I think this is dangerous for @Robert's website as well as himself, because he really has never played and knows about the gambling site, just based on the reports he received, a journalist cannot publish news based on one party's report, he must go to the crime scene directly to accuse the gambling site of being a scam or not, unless he has solid evidence that the gambling site is a scam, if @Robert is wrong in reporting the leading gambling sites on the internet @Robert could be jailed and punished according to the code of ethics of gambling laws in each country.

It's about the reputation of the gambling site/company, they have law and lawyers on this, so it's a bigger risk what @Robert does in his web review, if he is wrong in accusing the online gambling site.

Yeah at least he is asking for peoples confirmation or stand regarding the listed or not even listed sites in this he Means he is only relying on the reports but what about the said Investigation? who investigate? he does not and that all based in just report so what if someone who just wanna ruin gambling site reputation then they can be just listed there?

I think what we can do to help out those legit sites is our own reporting so at least enlightenment will come to the author of that site.

I don't know where did they got that information I never saw a complaint from Rollbit and I don't think they are scams, I am completely against their list.
For me, we can ignore this list because it is a baseless scam list, I don't know why @Robert Schreiber has this conclusion of scams, and probably this is slandering other gambling casinos. Do you think a gambling casino can file a case against them? It is a libel case or entity's reputation.

For any users who still don't have any idea how they included popular and trusted casino on the list, this is how they do. Any stranger can fill up the report details that he provided, he can write whatever legit or faked accusation and then press submit. After that, this sites will include the casino to the list because it's from direct reporting from the form details.

That's a huge number of scam casinos, I'm not aware of the majority of these casinos, it is not configured to be a link so when can access these scam casinos so we'll have a good idea how they look like, some of them are just slogan and description, there should be an explanation why they considered a scam.
I expect to see 1XBIT there but I only see 1XBET, I know they are a sister company but still, they should be included, they are big news here.

Lets say the author create a list of trusted casinos and do the same listing process, we will see the same casinos on both Scam and Trusted list lol. The list of the scam casinos shows that the author is not a professional. Someone who claim himself as a journalist and researcher with 15 years experience on financial crimes will not do a random listing like this.

if you look at YOSHIE's post, the author of that list Relies on reports coming from individuals. although he claims that investigation has been done I doubt that the author actually does it. because if he does we would have seen references as to why the gambling sites were on the list or is considered as scam.

as for them being able to file a case, they probably could. but the gambling site would need to provide evidence that whatever caused them to be listed on a scam list is false.

I wonder how he can compile that such a big list of online scam casinos because I see that some of his lists have good reputations here so I think he does not know the truth.

If that list relies on individuals, the author needs to investigate by himself and find out if that report is right or needs to fix because if he plays the game from each site and deposits and withdraws the money, he will know if the site is right is good or not.

Hopefully, the audience can be selective to use that gambling lists and the important is that they do not deposit in big money just to play gambling and not try to break their TOS.

This kind of list is helpful for those who are unsure of the casino they're playing. But I do agree if there are some reviews that are attached for each casino and the experience of the person who reported it to them.

Because there is an instance that a gambler is just angry at his losses for a particular casino and makes a report to them with a made-up story just to put that casino on their scam list. I think that's unfair if the casino reported is fair and legitimate.

I'm not sure about the list being helpful when you see one of the most popular betting exchanges included in the list. It might give others some second thoughts before creating their account but I think it's better if they'd look for a different list than rely on this one because like you've said it only takes one or two bad experiences for the site to be included in the list as they ask for reports about anyone's case.

I'd say the thread posted in the gambling discussion is more detailed compared to this list.

Could be a good list if they put the reason why they are considered scam there are no scam reports on those casinos why they are included in the list, this makes this compilation questionable I guess the creator just included if they have submission without doing an investigation, for casinos to be considered scam there should a legit accusation, not only complain.

Pointing out on how they became a scam will help others to be wary of casinos they are planning to play in. Also, it would be more convincing if proofs are present because it's so easy to say a certain casino is a scam while you are just tripping and lack in evidence. But a list is a good start since gamblers would be alerted not to make any stupid decisions for them to lose their money on scam casinos.

I too see the list not accurate, I do not understand why 1xbet (not 1xbit) is among, but 1xbit is not, 1xbet is a reputable betting platform but 1xbit have no good reputation yet while many people on these forum are accusing the betting site to be scam.

This will be a very good idea, if there can be proofs included to let us know how some reputed gambling sites on it are also scam. Some are scam but if reputed ones are included along that are not scamming, it is the worst thing that can be done, then better for this type of article not to exist, because accusing and including reputable sites among bad ones is more than damaging for the reputable betting sites.

Hard to file a libel case to an author who probably doesn't exist, his name is Robert Schreiber. But who knows this could just be a pseudo name which authors usually use a fictitious name. But they could contact the website. They have a long list of scam casinos which they don't even say how the casino scam.

I mean the kind of list is good for everyone to see but it's more helpful if there's a reasoning why they've put it on the list.

They've only said that someone has reported it but they never show the reasoning why it has to be on this list. If they only take suggestions from others about putting the report for each of those casinos then I think it will increase the credibility.

Possible that could be extortion, this also comes to my mind. But I don't think a gambling owner will pay attention to them especially if the casino owner knows that they had good deeds for their users or they know that they never scam someone. For now, I think the author of this casino need to contact and ask about the compilation list of scam casinos which there are some are not true.

I don't think I can trust this list not because I'm part of the Stake.com campaign, but the three casinos mentioned do not have valid scam reports here in Bitcointalk and if there is it was already resolved, there are not even reason why these three casinos are included in the scam list, I've looked for 1XBIT they are not listed but only their sister company 1xBET, Bitcointalk scam section still has the best compilation of scam casinos.

That's questionable maybe one guy who loses his money on these sites wants to get even by reporting these three sites as scam casinos, but we know better, the majority of the casinos listed here are unknown to me, the majority of these could be fiat since the majority of these do not have links we have to Google it and there's no guaranty if that's the right casino.

Yes, I will do the same as you as I see Duelbits is also on the list.
And as I mentioned already, we do not have to do anything related to that list because we already have our favourite gambling site that we used to gamble on before.
Maybe people new to gambling need to search for more information to know whether those lists are right.
It is better to have our own gambling site lists than to see the list from other people because we know what we choose.
