Not yet! Still trying to figure out how this ecosystem works to be honest....
Besides I really need to find out why some NFts perform better than other pieces of art which are undervalued even when a lot of effort has gone into them which goes unrecognized most of the time!

Talking of gaming tokens am still waiting for ubisoft to jump into this ecosystem as they registered their interest to be part of it.

You made a great decision to observe first the market of NFT and gaming token before you dive down and investing on it but personally speaking I already invested, bought and used gaming token like Axie Infinity. There's a lot of game token that was out today but only few are legit. So I think it is safe to say that jumping on to invest in NFT and gaming tokens are risky. Aside from NFT and gaming token today, Metaverse is also making noise in crypto platform today.

I had bought some NFTs few months back and did make some profits but then later on all of it started dumping.
So I thought not to invest in NFTs anymore but these gaming tokens is getting a good hype ever since the metaverse hype started.
So I am thinking to get into it and buy some gaming/metaverse tokens but most of them are already at peak.

If you buy some, you need to closely follow their updates or any hints what's going on like keeping tab on their social media channels. Because you will get a hint if they are about to exit the game if they are not active anymore. Then, you need to decide to discard it fast before it declines its value. It is hard to trust these NFT-related projects because most of them are just after to fill-up their pockets. And once they got their money, they will disappear in no time.

That's exactly why I stopped buying NFTs. Many of them turned out to be a rug pull. They launched NFTs just to make money.
The price used to increase in the beginning when they used to launch in marketplace but later everybody used to dump those NFTs.
It felt just like the ICO era which is why decided not to buy any NFTs again.

I've been playing splinterlands before nfts even were a thing. That game was picked up after play to earn became a thing, now I have like 70% of my portfolio in nfts because of that.

That's why NFT is so expensive. Usually NFT is created limited with different variations. So far I've researched NFT games further. Where NFT is a game item in the form of characters or other attributes that we can buy or use in the game. NFT was also created with an unlimited supply but has many variations. For example, in the infinity axie game, the more expensive AXIE purchased character parts will be better and stronger to fight.

NFTs are so expensive because the number of NFTs per project is very limited, there is also a lot of hype, plus many rich people who currently do not know what else to do with their money. All of this together ensures that someone spends $ 400k on a monkey picture just to show, look what I can afford.

Another fad.  I mean yeah it will have some use but the price (and gas) people are paying for nfts can't be sustained.  People are buying them speculative hoping they can sell them for more.  It's not really being used as a "collector" thing.  Once the market gets completely diluted prices will come back to earth.

Yes i am buying alot of gaming token like Recently i had buy tower token only because of the hype of their game in the community and market  also i am playing Nft game such as reev ,Nft game value can also be good due to their limited number of collection

NFT - Gaming Tokens are really popular, but the number of actively played games is very few in terms of gameplay. Or let me put it this way, there are very few good games, of course, some of them are still in development and beta version, I think these projects will make rapid moves this year. I'm excited for this sector, and we are at the very beginning, and the play2earn system will become a big sector in the coming years.

I do, But for fun, I buy animated NFT cause I like to hold them. and I also buy fan base gaming tokens to support my favorite team.
I never put my money on those things as an investment. there is no hope by holding NFT and gaming tokens cause both of them have no real-world value, they can fall at any time.
If you talk about erc-20 NFT then it is the biggest lie of the crypto market. you will never be able to sell erc-20 base NFT on OpenSea at your buying price, if you wanna sell $200 worth of NFT collectibles then the network fee will cost you more than 200usd, so ultimately erc-20 based NFT are nothing but bogus.

I bought NFTs last year when I started playing Axie Infinity, so I had to make an investment buying 3 axies in order to start playing the game.

And after some time I joined Lost Relics and bought another NFT, an ingame bow, through Enjin platform. That wasn't entirely an investment because I also had a lot of fun playing the game and needed better equipments to advance further, completing another scenarios.

So far that is all... I would like to invest more, but I'm afraid of so many ponzi NFT "games" popping everywhere.

In the first case, no matter how hard you try, you will never figure out how it works and where the profits come from. That’s why I questioned for a long time about YAYGames. Everything got clear when I read its lite paper.

Most of the time that works but in some cases everything looks solid but the execution is missing. In the case of NFTs, I have seen people buying NFTs just because everyone else is buying without even knowing how it works and what use cases are there.

Good luck collecting them and now trust wallet has added a section where you can see the collectibles. I am not a huge NFT fan but I can understand that some people like it and I can understand why. I would appreciate if you can suggest me a good marketplace where I can buy them without the risk of technical issues because I am not good at that.

I have been into NFTs, but I have not bought in any presale, nor have I had the opportunity to buy an NFT of a game, but I can attest that many NFT games are going very badly, most of them become unsustainable, and the devs They get carried away by all the amount of money that is in the games and they prefer to leave, take everything and declare it scam, because for them it is better to have a lot of money than anything, these people have been killing NFT games, I can only say that some games like Axie Infinity have managed to keep, but the failure rate for NFT games is very high.

As of now, yes I do. Most of the NFTs I’ve bought are from play to earn and the rest are just simply collectibles and virtual lands/real estate. I also bought GameFi-related tokens during the private and pre-sale with vesting periods of course. As long they have impressive tokenomics, strategic partners, transparent team, great community support, etc., I could give that GameFi project a go despite being aware of the financial risks. After all, I already have a mindset that I can afford to lose that amount, bla bla bla, etc.

yes of course those buyers are investors just like me. Last year, I bought some gaming tokens and I still holding it until now because I'm not gaining profit yet, the price of the token was down but I believe the project, they are still developing it to improve their game and soon it will become hit just like axie game.

buying and selling games NFTs is starting to boom there is still no triple A title for NFT/crypto games yet most of the games are simple mobile versions but still some people starting to make a living out of hose P2e games.
for Metaverse Gaming there is some dominating's games in that section like Axie and Sandbox but still there is a lots of room for improvement.

I have the exact opposite of what you are doing. I'm not interested in NFT arts like cryptomonkeys like you said or Bored Apes or cryptokitties or anything but I'm more on NFT games than NFT arts.

As a gamer and playing for a long time, seeing NFT games booming is a big thing at least for me. Its not only because you are enjoying while playing but you can earn while you are playing. For me, its like I'm doing what I love and at the same time I'm being paid for it which is a good thing and who doesn't want to get paid right? .

I'm a big fan of NFTs and yes they are the upcoming trend in crypto. More people will join the ride and promising projects will do well. I believe sports NFTs are great to invest one's money on right now. Not financial advice, but good NFT projects targeting the sports sector, like the itsmyne.club, have the potential to succeed.

You're right I feel too, many buyers who just buy NFT just make it a collection, because some NFT just to collect, the industry that uses NFT is now just a game, there may be some other industries just don't stand out. I guess for now will wait for the concept of NFT in another industry.

My first experience with NFT was not good. Bought it at a high value and the value of the NFT plummeted so much that it was lesser than the fees involved in selling it. It was in a platform called copuppy, haven't checked them in a while as I don't expect it to rise. The next NFT I bought was on biswap, specifically Sky nobi, it cost me $1000 and I have just staked on their NFT staking platform and already got $300 back in 3 months. 10% ROI every month, I don't plan on doing anything different for some time now.
