I lost my UST in kucoin exchange

Hello everybody, Yesterday i did a transaction betweens Terra station app and kucoin exchange, i sent 10 ust from terra station app to Kucoin exchange but i don’t know that why i still not received my UST in exchange.

Are you sure that the transaction has been confirmed? Have you checked the transaction in a block explorer?
Are you sure that you have sent the tokens to the correct address?

If you are sure that the transaction has been confirmed ans the tokens have been sent to a correct address, the only thing you can do now is to contact Kucoin support.

Does that mean you have used the native terraUSD network? To deposit in Kucoin, you need a memo code (10 numchars length) on your transaction so that your balance is credited. Can you make sure you didn't forget about it?

Directly contacting the Kucoin support center would be more helpful. you will find some solutions there or if there is no quick response you can directly contact the Kucoin Official Telegram

Most importantly you do not mistakenly send UST to a network other than TerraUSD. you can embed Transaction ID in this thread for clarity.

That works faster than contacting its support centre directly. I think it works same way with every exchange too; they respond faster when dragged out on telegram than writing to support centre. None wants bad publicity. However, I think OP's case could be that they sent to a wrong blockchain. I have been using Kucoin for over four years now and I know it's a decent exchange.

First off, did you actually correctly send the UST? You should be sending the UST on your KuCoin account's UST wallet, NOT the Terra(LUNA) wallet. Because if you did the latter, you might be in some problems here.

I think you should tell the same thing to the support team instead of writing it here. They will help you sooner and better. Send them your registered email and tx hash and hopefully they will solve your problem within 24 hours if you sent tokens on correct address.

i don't know if someone already said this but kindly check your transaction history and see if they confirmed you request.. If yes maybe you have errors especially when it comes your destination address.  and for that concerned you should contact the support and provide screen shots for reference so that they can fix your problem if there's still a chance.. Because you know mate if they already  confirmed it and you put  a wrong address it's impossible to recover but just try it.

If you want to make a withdrawal from the Kucoin exchange to the wallet station there is already stated to enter a MEMO (although it is optional but this can further strengthen that the transaction will be much easier when you don't receive it in the Station wallet. Keep in mind this, because it will make a difference your transaction, and I hope you contact the Kucoin exchange.

I've made several transfer transactions from Kucoin to Wallet Station, but I haven't experienced anything like yours. Even with Terra network it has only about 15 confirmations from Kucoin exchanges, whereas from Wallet Station it only takes 10 confirmations.

It seems that you sent your UST from Terra Station to Kucoin in ERC20 network you should choose the Terra network instead of ERC20 address.

Did you get any transaction ID from Terra Station app?

If you don't care about the privacy you can share it here or PM it to me let me see if it was sent to the ERC20 network.

If the address is not like that then you sent it to ERC20.

Still you did not receive the fund? If not then I will say maybe you have done some mistake from your end. Otherwise it should be added. Or You can contract their support. Hopefully they can do something for you.

Looks like I made the mistake on Kucoin exchange in 2020. I withdrew some XRP from Kucoin to another exchange but I forgot to put in the memo so I didn't receive the XRP. I thought I would never get that XRP again and forgot about it for almost 1 year because it was my fault but I forgot that exchange support can help me solve that problem and exactly few months ago I received my XRP. The OP can contact the support team if the problem is still possible to be resolved.

There are a few things to check 1) look at the transaction has this been confirmed - you can check this on your Terra station app, 2) double check this on the relevant blockchain, 3) did you select the right (terra) network on Kucoin, 4) if all fails see if your money got refunded as sometimes when something fundamentally wrong happened the transaction will not complete.

If all fails and you can clearly see the transaction was successful you may need to check with Kucoin but that's a last resort after exhausting all possibilities.

You can check the minimum deposit amount of Kucoin centralized exchange. May be you send lower than Kucoin deposit amount. Or it's a good suggestion for you that you can contract with Kucoin support team management.

Yeah, I think he might didn't authorize the transaction so it simply still waiting for the cofirmation/authorization. Some exchanges have a warning if you use the wrong network address for the recipient too.

If you had sent out on the correct address then it should reflect out because there are instances that errors do came from inputting
wrong address but if you are sure you had put up the correct one then you should reach them or send some support ticket.

Seems you forgot to add memo because Kucoin have no issue with deposit. And its been a very fast and reliable exchange also.. You can contact support. And there should be a solution to your problem

It would be easier if you provided more information about your transaction. You are offered various answers to your question and, apparently, you yourself will not be able to choose the one that suits you. If you still need an answer, provide the transaction TXID.

There is also a possibility that OP did not Memo. Without the memo in the transaction, Kucoin can not know which account to credit the UST to. So even if the transaction has got over 15 confirmations, nothing will be credited to your account.

Your only option is to contact support if this is the mistake you made.

yup, telegram is indeed the fastest place for complaints than to the support center which has to fill out emails and such. The OP's case does need action and investigation to find out what went wrong. If there is a delivery error it will be an individual error and funds are non-refundable.
But usually if sending a different network will not work.

Some delivery problems also occur because the memo is not written. This will delay the delivery of the asset and will not be confirmed.
