Coincidentally I have Theta, Luna, ETH for my portfolio.  It seems to me that your display portfolio is very standard for long term strategy.  Most ecosystems have a lot of growth potential, Avax, or Dot - it's still early to say whether its prominence will meet the needs of the next user?  but at the moment, it is not known whether the opportunity can fill the pocket.

Indeed, when compared to ETH, LUNA and Theta, AVAX and DOT are still relatively young projects,

Of the five altcoins I am very sure that ethereum will last for the next five years, but I am not sure about the rest of the altcoins of the five altcoins and if you have a little ethereum try to keep it for the next five years and let's see the results as a place for investment future.

all of the tokens mentioned by the OP already have great support from investors and also have a large community including Avalanche, then all of the tokens above will continue to last even for the next 10 - 20 years.

Feels like even people far away from crypto are getting into staking now. So lately I decided to invest in such projects. And, you know, not in typical staking projects, but in smth, like
Manufactory where you get valuable stuff for staking $MNFT. It seems to me such ones are
much more profitable.

MNFT or this types of coins are not guaranteed for long term. Infact in crypto there is no guarantee for profit but some project like EtH and Dot you can believe that they will stay long and will never Regret you..
I recently staked Juno,Atom and osmosis but now you can see these coin price and I am in 50% down in Juno and other coins also down so much.

Those coin is top coin on CMC and i am sure that it will last not only in 5 years but i think it will last 10 years or maybe 20 years, i know that those coin has a great use case and many people trusted it, that is why i believe that those coin will last longer than other new altcoins, some of the new altcoins today is still on stage of developing while the coins that you mention is already accessible so no doubt it will surely last long.

These coins has chances to remain long in the crypto market but we cannot say which coin will boom. It's all about people interest and how the future trend work. It's very Good choice to add 40 percent to Etherium as we all know that it's the top Project after Bitcoin and first altcoin token.

That's right indeed the coins mentioned above are the top coins of all,
apart from that to be able to last for 10 or 20 years is definitely not something easy except for Ethereum which is a popular altcoin,

why do you think that Theta has no great potential in the future?

from my observations at CMC and Coingecko, currently theta has a market cap of $2.7 billion with transactions in the last 24 hours reaching $228 million. Theta has also been listed on many major exchanges such as Binance, Kucoin and Bithumb. The latest news I read is that Theta labs is working with American Idol. I have theta that I hold in my wallet, I'm pretty sure of the potential bullish on theta in the future.

all these coins have promising future and can't be considered as shitcoins. maybe you should slighty rebalance your portfolio and add other assets, for example Solana.

True, all quoted coins are fundamentally very strong and i am quite sure they will definately break their previous ATH when Bullish trend resumes despite the fact that  they are in berarish trend  now and have lost more than 50% of their value compared to ATH but this is normal for those who are in crypto business since 4/5 years. Crypto market has been very volatile since its inception and will continue for coming months and years which in my opinion is an opportunity to make money if you are expert in managing risk and understand technical charts.
