Hi guys,
I'm trying to monetize a crypto review and news site. I successfully did this with an exchange but they later restricted my country of residence. Another one I'm considering has just 30-days cookie. Which affiliate programs will you suggest?
Thanks
Exchanges had the most rigorous rules when it comes to restrictions on the residence. it is not their whim, they just harmonize their TOS with the legislation of other countries. In this case, there is probably a ban on crypto in your country of origin.
how exchanges are financial services, they are the first to react to such laws. other services will just follow their example, which will again subsequently affect your ability to make money from there. I think you should need to consider only services where KYC is not mandatory.
maybe some gateway to use and promote certain products related to your articles on the website. Amazon for example.
Ad network can be a solution, but there is significantly less earning potential.
Look at coinzilla.
Coinzilla's probably going to only accept you if you have decent traffic. I mean, we are talking at least in the top 100K sites on Alexa since that is the criteria that MellowAds uses to accept sites - and they pay garbage rates compared to Coinzilla from what I've heard.
I remember Mellowads from the beginning, they had very high standards for accepting publishers. they have now become an opportunity for scammers. I saw many Bitcoin doubler and Ponzi fraudsters promoted there.
