I send from HitBTC July 1, 3268 XRC to Folgory when deposits are open and after 7 days close the deposits and the coins are lost and then never answer my tickets and I lost all my coins.

I can see this exchange to be a reputable exchange but it is very possible that we should not trust exchanges. xRhodium (XRC) have its own blockchain which can make this more clear to us as it has distinct address type.

Did you make sure you sent the coin to the right address? Check the address given you on you by Folgory and see if it corresponds to the address you sent XRC to.

Or you first received the coin on Folgory exchange and later something happened and nothing appeared again on your wallet?

You still have many things to learn, I can not see any image that you posted, even the link is separated with space and I know it will never work. Try to learn more about how cryptocurrencies work before using any or holding any for not to be get confused and for not to do anything that can lead to loss of coins.

Yet no evidence to proof the allegation you have against Folgory exchange, but if have any try to post it here for other members to discuss about it, we will always be happy to help you out at anytime, I mean we members on this forum.

OP most likely haven't done anything wrong ( like sending to wrong address), beside thinking that Folgory is legit exchange, which is not.

How on earth can you see this exchange as a reputable one? Have you used it before maybe? I wrote about Folgory and their scammy practices more than year and a half ago. You might wanna check this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5227706.0

To sum it up, they promised 72% passive ROI on deposited BTC, 100% return on one of the IEOs conducted on their exchange and on top of that they hired one of those bumping services to appear like there is something going on in their announcement thread.

I did not know about Folgory but I saw it ranked 103rd recently on coinmarketcap and OP did not brought up solid evidence has been the reason for my reply that was not accurate, if exchanges like yobit can also be listed on coinmarketcap, then there are many shaddy exchanges that will be listed also. I have edited my second post to make it more appear how the exchange can be shaddy.

Reputable and Folgory can not be in the same sentence 
The exchange is scam and I have seen at least a number of scam accusations against them. Any exchange getting listed on coinmarketcap does not mean it's safe and can not scam traders

Isn't Folgory an exchange located in korea? I've heard of this exchange in the past even with the existing problems I don't think it's surprising if it is equated with yobit because for me if there is a shady exchange there must be something wrong and always has problems.

But how about Op whether this problem has received an answer from the ticket?
I think folgory is a shady exchange and a lot of trouble before it.

Being listed on CMC means squat really as they are ready to list just about any exchange with some volume, whether its fake or now. As a matter of fact, there are some exchanges in top 20 (like Bittrex for example) that I wouldn't touch with then foot pole, let alone some that is 103th like Folgory.

Scam accusation post should be like this format. And also you should provide as many information as you can provide. You should at least provide transaction id as well as personal message chat sothat others can be aware about their activity.

You mean, up to this date, they have never responded to your tickets or refunded your coins?
This is almost 8 months since you had this issue with them.

I visited their Twitter account to check their activities, but I saw very little of their activities on Twitter. If this is the case with an exchange's Twitter account, it is important to be very careful when dealing with such an exchange. They have not resolved your issue so far. You will understand why they did not pay after checking their account in this forum. Because they have already been tagged because of their activities.
