Projects/altcoins that have the potential for growth are those Defi, gaming, nft, and metaverse ones. I like Verasity, CatenaX, Starlink projects. Certainly, they are not all created with equal potential, but solid and consistent ones will succeed. Additionally, I believe in the usability of Vechain (which is an undervalued alt until now!)

I agree with you that the metaverses part can be the total solution for altcoins to be safe, but I think that altcoins always have their lives given thanks to BTC, recently there was a setback for part of BTC and BTC while it fell, many games NFT in their tokens fell, and that is something they could not control, just because they were in the Binance BSC network, when the price of BNB fell, the tokens began to fall in price, and the reason is simple and unique, BNB depends directly of the price of BTC, so unless the game has an oracle it is the only way that it can maintain a price focused towards the dollar, or Euro.

When it comes to predictions about the growth of a project, the best yardstick to utilize is the use case of the project. Some projects have no real use impact on the industry. Those projects may not survive the bear, because their foundation is weak and they lack substance. The project that should be taken seriously are those whose use case are superb and could stand the test of time.

i'm sure polygon in the future will be better. because currently polygon are very much in demand and there are also many projects that use polygon as a tool for transactions.
so i think polygon is very good for long term investment.
actually there is also another like solana. solana for me is a coin that is currently being talked about out there that may have a higher value in the future

Agreed, Personally holding a bag of Polygon(Matic). This coin is very undervalued, It's a good time to accumulate some polygon at this price range. For the 2020 year my target price is $5 and for the long term, my target is $10.

I am also Holding SXP, This coin is also undervalued. Long term target is also $5. I belive withing a very short time we can see both coin at good price. I am also buying now Ada and CRV at this price range. For cardano my target is $3 and CRV $5.

Polygon has been one cryptocurrency that has been on the trend list this year, and so far I believe that it would be a good coin that would maintain a good level of growth as time goes on. As for Stellar, I was investing in it earlier when it was came out, because it looked promising and I also got the airdrops they did when they released earlier, but as time goes on it started to depreciate heavily and seemed like it wasn’t going to make its way back up again, so I had to give up on it.

Well, later I came to understand that it is how it’s going to be, because new projects tends to start with high price and when the projects finally launches, they lose value because a lot of people rushes to sell their coins. But right now I seethe possibility for this coin to still get back up, and that will likely happen in the future.

Polygon is a really good project with potential to take the "De-Fi" world by storm. It's cheaper than ETH and even Binance Smart Chain. I've used it a couple of days ago, and the experience was amazing. Transactions cost less than a cent (USD) while confirmation times are near-instantaneous. I think it's a very underrated coin, considering all of the benefits it provides.

There are other altcoins which have the potential for growth such as Cardano, Avalanche, and Polkadot. These are rock-solid smart contract platforms with the ability to compete directly against Ethereum. Nowadays it's all about "De-Fi" and NFTs, so most coins with smart contract functionalities are sure to increase in price like crazy. As long as you play your cards right, you'll have nothing to worry about. Just my opinion

Bitcoin's still strong influence makes altcoins look like they have no fundamentals, this is actually bad and I hope the presence of strong coins like ethereum, BNB or others can soon replace bitcoin's position so that it will make altcoins independent and not dependent on bitcoin.

I always believed in matic and had always claimed it's going to hit $5 soon. For other coins, I still believe similar utility tokens could be a good list to have in your portfolio, namely solana, Avalance, BNB, CRO, OKB and some coins from newer and popular dex like BSW, solar, sushi, etc.
Meme coins can be exciting if you happen to invest it and sell off in right time. But if you missed the chance, they may dump very quick.
I'd recommend low supply coin with well defined deflamatory rules and real use case for investment.
