Tyson probably hasn't got so much money he doesn't need to collect the prize fee for this but there is the question of good management and as ex world champion respected probably forever in his achievements, does it really do him good overall to take this fight.   He has alternate prospects more attractive then a play fight.   There is also the lucky punch aspect which I dont think happens but there's the chance he ends up looking worse off from a wild lucky punch plus training for a fight is a massive deal to put your body through so I  don't blame him for skipping if not fully motivated.

If it is not announced officially, there are no venue, sponsors, places where to buy tickets and etc, then there is no use hoping that this fight will happen in next half a year or next year. With all these covid crap, it is not easy to organize the event of such a size in several months. To be able to pay fighters their honorarium, massive promotion campaign must be carried out. If there are just articles, then the fight is not even close to happen imho. Both potential fighters does not seems to be preparing to a fight, according to their instagrams. And for a professional boxing fight, you cant just ran 1-3 weeks training camp and step into the ring.

I should also give my two thumbs up for Tyson for clarifying that he will not be fighting Logan Paul. These are only rumors that are founded on nothing. There was no approval by Mike Tyson himself that he will be fighting Logan. And even if the promised paycheck was really big, it is great that iron Mike remained decided not to fight against Paul. Mike will only fight for fun and to raise money for charity, and I agree with this, but I don't understand why people find it amusing to watch a celebrity fight on television. As for myself, I don't care for it. I haven't seen any Logan Paul fights, but I've heard about them on social media. Is it true that these fights are not fixed? It serves no purpose other than to show off and collect money, which I find perplexing to begin with. However, if this fight does take place, it will be my first experience watching this type of show-off event.
