Hi! bitcointalk forum.

            I am 5 months old here in forum. May 14 2021
When I created my account and that day Also a friend of mine told me about this Forum.
He told me that if I want to learn and share my Ideas about Bitcoins and other Cryptocurrencies then this is the Right forum where I can study.
Now I am Still  in stage of processing of knowledge about Bitcoins and other Cryptocurrencies.

 In 5 months for being member here I encounter a lot of struggles and then 1 time I made a mistake I created a thread then I forgot to  indicate my references then other member reported me to  LoyceV's Thread

Luckily the admins and moderators gave me a second chance after that every single Post I made I will double check to prevent mistake.

Ps #1. Don't give up when you encounter Manny struggles in your journey atleast you did not humiliate other person just keep going forward cause this Forum nobody's perfect.

In just 5 months you have done really very much and justified your second chance.

Five months and now a full member I think that deserves a thumbs up, congratulations on this achievement @shamm, furthermore I don't think we need a congratulations thread, the newly ranked can just create a thread of theirs and then get congratulated after some days the thread can go down, but a thread for everyone would clustered not only with ranking up post but spams. Congratulations OP now you can do senior member in another short time, if you keep better than what you have already.

Good to see another forum member rank up and this should be the inspiration to be made by other new users here since ranking up is not really impossible if you are a hard worker and a good contributor of this forum. And also this shows that newbie don't need to buy merit since if they just do the same hardwork and exert more effort they can also do this to.

I figure you mean celebrate, unless the forum has its ways, and moves people on to becoming celibate as they rank-up …

Other than the above note of humour, you now know the forum ropes, so you shouldn’t encounter many more hiccups like the one you described in your OP.

Yes, I agree that his posts are informative, especially according to the forum rules.
I propose to create for Shamm the position of the first consultant for Beginners , who introduces them to all the intricacies of the stay here.
I went through the history of posts and noticed how Shamm regularly answers quite informatively the most popular question of newbies about what can and cannot be done here.

Unfortunately, lots of newbies has this kind of mindset: POST QUANTITY > POST QUALITY. But in reality, even if members post limited replies to threads, what matters is the essence and the core of the conversation.

Yes your right a lot of struggles came when you are a beginner. Like me I came to this forum with 0% knowledge about Bitcoins and other Cryptocurrencies its hard to compete other who have knowledgeable enough about related Cryptocurrencies.

In my Post history is what I've learned is what I give to newcomers who deserves to be given.

I propose to create for Shamm the position of the first consultant for Beginners.

Congratulations! I'm a bit moved because I joined here January 2020 which is a quite long time. I get back to the forum almost a month now and got the courage to be active.

5 Months timespan is difficult ranking up but you made it so why can't I? I'll be a full member soon 5 months from now (Goal) or even break the record? Obviously impossible. Again congratulations maybe after another 5 months you'll become Sr. Member.

Congrats mate! You have completed a milestone and there is more milestone you have to achieve. After implementing a merit system its becomes hard to rank up, and you have realized that. So I believe your struggle become succeeded. Yea, I know the feeling during achieving a new rank since I start my journey from a newbie and I know how hard earning merit, but not hard for true contributors.

So keep up your contribution and achieve Legendary. Just set a goal you have to contribute to the forum somehow. Then your contribution will help you to achieve Legendary.

Speaking of merits, I looked at your history and was glad to see you're giving them out.  I did notice that you've sent a lot of merits to members who've merited you, and I can only speculate as to why that is.  If I may make a suggestion: There are other members like you who are working to get to the next rank.  Why not try to merit them instead of giving your merits to Legendaries (and merit sources, too)?  Pay it forward instead of paying it back, you know?

(1). Curious about learning
(2). Ready to study and observation
(3). consciousness towards the community
(4). seriousness with a definition of proper research
(5). Acceptance of correction with zero ego.

From my views it's looks like op, is rewarding a Merit to whosoever that merited his achievement thread a rewards Merit, but that's not really bad but I'm seeing that as out of excitement, in other way round it's also acknowledging whoever that rendered support to achieve his objective or height as a primary target, but looking at what The pharmacist said, it's nice ideas to give lower user's merit, because this community is like a chain were things are been followed sequentially and people that really need support is users of lower division of rank, from my perspective.

May 14, 2021, when this account has created, being a newbie without any knowledge about crypto especially Bitcoin was very hard to start cause you need to study bitcoins/related cryptocurrencies and you need to study also the forum rules and regulations to become a better member here in this big community. This forum gives me the knowledge that I want. Cause in truth before or let's say way back 2020 and beyond I don't have any idea about bitcoins all I know is that bitcoins are fake or not true but I am thankful that when I came across here in the forum many things that I have been discovered all my past thought about bitcoins are not true and I found out that bitcoin is real and not fake. And I am so thankful for this forum cause within 8 months I'll get some friends in real life in a different country.

Way back October 24 when Ratimov gave me the merits that I want to Rank up to Full Member rank and I am happy about that. Even though now I am officially a Sr. Member I know  that Rank doesn't matter in this community Ranks does not prove that you are knowledgeable enough and I admit that I am in the stage of processing my knowledge to grow more, cause in my own perspective, building a knowledge is not just easy to achieve.

I have seen where you made mistakes and many did say that you shouldn't do that again and later on you did listen.
