$250 For my surgerybill in exchange of coding/development work

Hi all, am in need of $250 top up to my medical bill. Am supposed to undergo a surgery on Tuesday. Am willing to exchange any coding / Development work to this. Am good in any Web development related work and custom scripts developments as well. I can also remotely install custom POS and other management systems if need be. Let me know if there's anyone willing to work out something with me.
