You can just download one of the lower version from the
https://download.electrum.org/ as illustrated above, this should probably work with Jellybean.
If fortunately you are able to recover back your seed phrase, it will be better to use the latest Electrum version (version 4.1.5) on a safe and secure device.
Make sure the keys and addresses on newly generated wallet correspond to the keys and addresses on the old wallet to be certain if passphrase was included or not. If the keys do not correspond, then create a new wallet on the new secure device,
make sure you verify it signature as always. Send all your coins from the old wallet to the new wallet.
Also, your seed phrase (+passphrase if included) is your coin because you can use it to retrieve your coin at anytime on any supported device but should be on a safe and secure device,
make sure you do the seed phrase (+passphrase if included) offline backup and keep it safe from damage and attack..
Problem is, the version in the website may be different than what they've released in Playstore so you might encounter errors during installation.
Probably Jellybean might not support the latest version, few days after latest version is released on Electrum official site, it will also be taken to playstore, and just only the latest update unlike the Electrum official site that you can still downgrade the app to electrum previous version.
Best to always update from Electrum official site, there are history of fake Electrum apps on playstore.
