You have been scammed and you will never got back your coin again. There are bunch awareness if you can still take profit from cloud mining and just take it. It can down anytime and it's happening now. You will be only wasting your time to contact the owner of such cloud mining site because they have gone with all of money. This case was happening so many time and didn't you even see that before if there have been lots of people before you that got scammed caused by put their coins into the cloud mining site? It seems like that you nevert take your coins out from your accounts and then forget it. You need to fine another good source to get a new coins again. You can build your own mining rig if you can but your coin has gone forever.
They will never ever reply your email and maybe there are thousands of people have also been emailing those scammers at the same time. You should not do anything. RIP another scam cloud mining site. You must learn a lot of lessons from this case. If you have reached threshold to withdraw your coin just withdraw it. Cloud mining will be turned off when it was not profitable for its owner or owner think to run away with all of money that already deposited in the site.
