What happened to the exchange idax.pro?

In 2018 I participated in an ICO there, then I forgot, now I'm trying to enter it does not work, the tweeter is silent, the site does not open. I can't find information about what happened to it and how I can withdraw my money.

For me, it seems you got a very low possibility to get your money back, a very low chance. Almost more than a year and there are still no updates from this exchange.

Idex.pro exit scam at the end of 2019 that's why their twitter or telegram is silent. That time it was enough popular and a lot of projects paid big amount of dollar for IEO launchpad in this exchange also they lost money after scam beside massive users lost their fund. Forget it because you will never back your money.

Too bad, the project I invested in PKO chain also seems to be a scam. Surprisingly, but so little news about it, apparently they did not have many users. Even the topic on this forum is very small.

Whether the website was hacked or did they run away with what they got. they have reached their target and the money they need to survive the next 100 years. you can learn a lot from it all. There are several types of projects that may initially have great success but end up unexpectedly.

Right, idex.pro was medium tier exchange and when it was popular for run IEO and list new coins. They just collected million of dollars from their launchpad projects. So, i think they able to SCAM several millions dollar. And definitely there was big community who's used this exchange.

Centralised Exchange is not a place to keep your asset and this is just basic knowledge everyone in cryptocurrency space should have. Cryptocurrency ideology itself does not support middle men or third party that is why all hands must be on desk to make sure decentralization truly works!

as far as I remember, the exchange confidently stood on its feet in the market, then either someone from the exchange's staff took possession of the crypt, or I just missed it, I don't remember anymore, but remembering that it was like snow on my head, unexpectedly and most importantly that everyone was doing KYC there to trade, and now it's not clear where the user documents are.

Looks like this exchange is no longer working, I don't know if this exchange ended up with scams, or indeed they have told members to withdraw funds from their exchange. The point is this Exchange has closed all communications from their site. The last update was November 2019, or it's been 2 years of inactivity. It is possible that members who do not get information about them at that time will lose all assets. But I saw in their telegram, there is no information for members to withdraw assets from the exchange, meaning it's a scam.

What do you mean if? It's obviously scam, has exit scammed long time ago. And yes, you should be vigilant with exchanges, but some of them have more obvious red flags then others. It should be one of the first things for people who are starting to learn to recognize those flags unless they want to pay for the ultimate lesson.

It's a pity, and I don't know why you go back now and seek information from it.
It was basically a scam exchange that was still active, but it was closed and the CEO took the money and ran away. I also put assets on it, but not too big to regret, and see as a lesson to choose reputable exchanges.

There's no relation to the OP about idax.pro and what you've said. @OP, the domain's already got and there's no need for you to think about your assets there as they're completely gone.
