As comment above me, this is not the first service to make an announcement about no KYC procedures and yet works together with ChangeNow. If you work with Changenow,,, then you know they require KYC at some point. That is not even a hidden requirement anymore.

What happens when someone deposits money and triggers KYC and client does not want to complete? Are you refunding this?

Update: it's 8.25% right now for all stables.

When we say that it's fixed we mean that our clients don't have to buy additional tokens (as it's the case of Nexo, for example) to get high APY. It's fixed for everyone and no matter which amount of crypto you are willing to put on a deposit.

Basically, all you have to do is verify your phone number. We've made a few videos about step-by-step procedures, please be welcome. We do not require any additional KYC as for documents or IDs.

I know that you are not one service, but I would like you to look at it from a customer's or newbie's perspective. When you say you don't require KYC, yet your partners can ask for it anytime they want. You may end up trapping people who use your platform thinking there's completely no requirement for KYC when using your platform.

Worst-case scenario, what do you do if a client uses your platform, and he knows that you totally don't require KYC but then ChangeNow blocks the funds demanding for KYC before releasing the funds?

I understand your concerns, but we've never had such case. Why would our partners lock something if they are not the ones in charge of our service? I personally have done various operations, top-ups and withdrawals a million times and nobody has ever locked up anything. SO don't worry, when we say it's non-KYC, it's really non-KYC.

The only thing we are planning to add is 2FA.
