I have some time for making different banners and avatars for the blackjack.fun just a proposal for the personalize avatar, it took me over an hour just to find the near same font for the text, I'm open for revisions and suggestions of other participants if you want to create a new avatar that can be used also I made an animated banner just for fun being part of the management.

All the participant on this campaign is good but as the project owner want to keep 10 participants only you should try to take best 10 participants though that is too difficult for you. But you have to do that and the decision of you is final who will remain on the campaign and who will not.

It's sad to hear that. I suppose this is due to the bear market.

In the campaign I am currently in they have also reduced the budget.

The most logical thing would be to keep the best posters, sujonali1819, taking into account the quality, merit earned being one indicator but not the only one.

You also say that you have decided that there will be 10.

Let me tell you: in our case there were 40 of us in the campaign and the budget was reduced to 25% of the initial one. So the manager thought initially about reducing to 10 participants only, but in the end he thought it was better to stay with 15 participants and reduce the number of paid posts.

In your case you don't have much room but maybe you could reduce the number of paid posts to 20 and keep some more participants.

All the participant on this campaign is good but as the project owner want to keep 10 participants only you should try to take best 10 participants though that is too difficult for you. But you have to do that and the decision of you is final who will remain on the campaign and who will not.

Indeed, This is the second time I've seen active campaigns today that reduce participants and also reduce the allocation budget, it's a rather difficult decision on the part of the Bounty managers. Good luck to the selected 10 participants.

This is going to be hard decision to select most capable participants.

For you to balance equation and maintain your participants, i suggest that you should reduce the payment rate of the participants from hundred dollars payment to seventy dollar and check if the funds given by blackjack can serve to maintain all the participants.

Because using the budget of ten participants from the previous budget, if it's reduced to seventy dollar for participants it will add more participants and any participants that does not like the payment rate can change campaign. The selection of the most good posters will be tough because many of the blackjack participants post reasonably. Check their profile one by one

I believe all of the members that are selected for the campaign are doing a great job, so I suggest that instead of reducing the number of participants, why not just reduce the number of posts to 15 posts per week. More members would give more unique ideas which would help the signature spread in different sections of the forum. In the end, the interest of the business here is an advertisement, isn't it good for the business that the community will see a big number of members wearing Blackjack.fun Signature?

I hope the owner and our dear manager would consider my suggestion as I'm sure all the members of the campaign will understand if they'll receive less as long as we are still intact and we can continue promoting Blackjack.fun.

generally speaking @OP this is a difficult choice to make because there are several factors to keep in mind.

from my personal point of view... quality in the forum is "measured" by merits and it's the only "valuable" fact to be keep in mind.
users who write quality posts are "rewarded" in this way and in general this type of evaluation is used to understand "who spams" or creates "valuable contents".

I would use this criteria (example merit in the last 120 days/full history of merits) to understand who creates content of a certain level = more people read its contents = more visibility to the signature....

From all the management I've been through in the past, the most common approach is to reduce the number of participants while keeping or changing the number of paid posts with the same pay rate, just like @Poker Player said.

On the other hand, the parameters for reducing the participant would, of course, depends on the:

- needed boards that participants post more often to optimally expose blackjack.fun to their target market which of course, gambling boards.
- participants that do not engage in nonsensical, repetitive, and with no other angle for discussion type of threads
- your own definition of a quality poster
- their earned merit

But hey, it's just me! And definitely, no hard feelings to whatever your decision might be.

Whatever decision sujonali1819 will render I will respect it, but I would like to suggest just cutting the payout to $60 and so they can retain all of us, I believe the team is good and quality posters, you cannot get in the sujonali1819 campaign if you are not a good poster.

For me, it's a win-win situation I don't know about my teammates but honestly, I want to stay in a campaign where I am more comfortable until the admin decides to end the campaign I'm sure all of us feel the same way, I hope the admin decision is not final and he will reconsider but this is just a suggestion subject to our team's support.

This post is so sujonali he really cares for the participants and understands the side of participants, whatever decision sujonali will give the participants should respect because it is fair and nothing personal, it's hard to be a bounty manager and this is one side that makes it hard picking among the best who should be retained.

Only true if the merits that you get is from the gambling thread and not on other thread that is not related on gambling because this campaign is a Casino and you know how hard to get merit on gambling board.

Rethink your calculation, my friend. If there are 29 participants that can get paid a maximum of $100, that makes $2900 per week. If sujonali1819 is thinking of reducing to 10 participants, he has been given a weekly budget of approximately $1000. 29 participants multiplied by $60 is $1,740. Therefore, not everyone will be able to stay in the campaign if the payout is cut to $60 per participant.
