I am not well versed in Indonesian corporate law, but a small search informed me that an offshore company are allowed to have a branch office (not main office) under KPPA law (Kantor Perwakilan Perusahaan Asing - freely translated as Branch Office of Offshore Company), where it is stated that an offshore companies are allowed to establish a branch office as long as their activity is only to represent the head office from original country, and are not allowed to do a revenue-making activity.

But, from the description I quoted above, it gives me an impression that your main office and activities are in Bali, Indonesia, while the Singapore office is just an... office. Or do you have a registration in Indonesia as well?

20% of the Token Allocations will be locked for StarWORKS Team and released for Internal uses. And for reserved is for Investors engagement & priority programs in the future.

StarWORKS is a global company. Yes, we are headquartered in Singapore. In Indonesia we are also legal, PT. Starworks Technologies Indonesia. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we aim to rebuild world tourism, starting with Bali as the main destination. We who have been in the tourism business for 20 years in Bali understand the current situation and need a breakthrough solutions.

LAToken is notoriously known for their fees, a lot of their users complained on many groups that they can't withdraw tokens from LAToken due to the ridiculous amount of fee they asked. Or were you saying their fees are significantly reduced to an acceptable amount these days and you can guarantee that your IEO participants will be able to withdraw their purchased token on a reasonable fee?

sooner or later, they will find out that this is not very good choice for their investors. but if they have their own funds to push thru this project, why not? most tourism-related blockchain projects here just died without achieving their targets. so if they have indeed strong team to make this a reality, we will see it.
