OMG, it is not apple to apple comparison since the one you mentioned above is a bonus on sports betting while the bonus in Riobet is a casino game bonus. This situation is confusing indeed! I think this applies only to players from Indonesia since their country got removed from the blacklist as per this recent update. Players from blacklisted countries can't access the website anyway.
