You are right in saying that it's a representative, if OP is the admin or part of the team he will engage and give us more updates, and whenever there is a comment he will address it, no OP that is an admin or part of the team that will not do everything to make his thread competitive if an admin is running this thread he will start right by getting a copper and hire a designer for his thread, it seems OP is not getting paid enough to represent the team actively here.

Design is way more better compared into those new sites that do pop out in the market recently which do looks like a school project but this one is different

They wont really be diverting or revoking their prohibitions on countries because this one is regulated and just like what said above that they would be needing to follow if they dont like for some possible problems against the authority.

^ The same here I appreciated the user interface because it looks good, the theme also is user's friendly because the of color combination that won't let your eyes get irritated.
