The transaction has failed because the sender used low gas. The fund is now on the casino wallet and they should send the fund to you in another transaction or credit the balance to your account instead.
If they haven't done so, the only thing you can do is to contact their support.

You should never use blockchain but it's better if you are using etherscan because it will give you more explanation about what happened with your transaction. It's far better than blockchair. Your transaction was getting out of gas that means you are putting too small amounts of ethereum to be used as the fees to pay the network.

It seems like that you have been successfully sending your transaction. This may not a problem again for you. Your fund must be going back to your account if you have failed to sent it.

Of course, you should. At least you have to receive the funds back into your casino account or the party from the related casino is supposed to perform another transaction to process your withdrawal.

Try to reach their customer support either mail or on-site live support (if any) and tell the issue with its evidence.

Can you explain to me which not accurate information you refers to between blockchair and etherscan?

Blockchair has give the failed sign of this transaction and suggest to contact the contract address, same as etherscan do.

You can also view your ERC-20 token in blockchair, it's not like blockchain[dot]com you can only view the ETH balance only and one more thing blockchair is better they offer to access their sites using TOR.

Will they also return the amount they originally charged you for gas fee? I hope they do because it's their fault for not adjusting the gas fee. If they hired a wallet provider (which is also the case in other casinos), it's still their responsibility.

This is a major problem why we shouldn't withdraw using Ethereum blockchain. With the huge volatility, it's hard to determine the right gaz fee especially within exchanges because when confirming the withdraw in a certain time, the transaction will be broadcasted after an unknown period of time (usually from minutes to hour) in which the gaz limit may have been changed.
I would recommend Trc20 as a safest way to withdraw from exchanges.

It's true that ethereum network is busy and the transaction fee is very high. But that's not why OP's transaction failed.
The sender used a low gas limit and that's why the transaction failed.  Even if the mempool was completely empty, this transaction would fail.

When you make a ethereum transaction, you need to set two parameters. 1. Gas limit 2. Gas price.
If the gas limit is less than the required amount, the transaction will fail even if the mempool is completely empty and the gas price is very high. (This is what happened to OP's transaction)
If the gas price is less than the required amount, the transaction will take a long time to be confirmed. But it will be finally confirmed.

Sorry man, OP is about to withdraw from a casino, and it's almost the same condition to withdraw from an exchange. And to proceed for withdrawals in those platforms, it's not possible to set the fee parameters. The system algorithm from the exchange might not set the right gas limit to proceed a transaction in a certain timestamp. Fees in Ethereum network are so volatile recently and can't be easy predictable for newbies as well for automatic algorithms.

Good point! Although Ethereum network is the worst to use for withdraw in general and not specifically this case.
For the actual case, i wish OP can tell us which casino he used and see if the issue persist with other users, and why he chose to withdraw with Ethereum even by knowing that network fees are so high in addition to internal withdrawal fee which i also expect to be even higher.
Casinos, as well as exchanges, grab the opportunity of Ethereum scalability to get an extra income from users using it.
