I think people in crypto space are just use this opportunity to blow up the meta coins so they will get quick profits from it.
But from the explaination by zuckerberg, i don't see any of his statement that linked to cryptocurrency. His vision in the future is about connecting people more intensive with technology and they will invented a technology which people could connect to each other by using a glasses just like we saw in movies before.
So it's more like inventing the better version of AR and implement it to social activity between people. IMO

usually there will be a lot of meme tokens with META related names or there will be meta tokens , but i would love to see that again when people come to buy it without doing any research and hoping it will be expensive , so far haven't seen any movement

They really are going metaverse soon.

I'm expecting that there's a new set and way for facebook to go along with the metaverse. Hopefully, that it's about virtual reality and they'll be putting that onto their developing platform.

As long as they can keep that and there's something good that are being built there, I'm sure that it can be kept for a long time.

all the hype in the market didn't last mate, that's the fact wherein its because there's a lot of emerging good projects nowadays in the space, so i suggest don't expect too much from it, better to ride the trend than investing long term because you don't know what will be the results afterwards, stop riding the fomo it won't help.. Make more research instead..

Not only in time, but in a short time. They could pump higher then everyone thought but as it doesn't have any basis, it will be similar to any themed pump (referring to weed coins). However, sometimes these pumps last quite a while so people have time to sell.

Metahero is already building what Facebook is trying to build but the difference here is (Facebook meta) is fully centralised, that idea is still not really neat to me, metaverse in a decentralized universe is way better and can flip Facebook's Meta easily
