Yes but no kyc! With kyc is 15%, need photo of id, photo of id with paper and my account name and need selfie with paper and id + transaction id

neteller delete restrictions for receiving from other people but they restrict more before sending, very risky deal.

instead of 100 euro profit can be 300 euro minus in the future, maybe 1 year after the deal is completed this is why escrow doesnt work with skrill or neteller
