Sent USDT To ETH address on Coinbase, but coinbase refuse to assist! Help urgent

Hi Guys!

First of all i am new here so i am not sure if it's the correct forum, if not please transfer it to the right one
Second (and most important)

I have sent USDT from binance to my ETH wallet on coinbase using ERC20 network
I have all evidence, including hash transactions and images from both sides (sender and receiver)

I sent it all to coinbase but they refuse to assist me
Does anyone knows how i can recover the funds?

I tried reaching coinbase support via email and twitter and also involved the regulator
But my tickets keep getting closed

Does coinbase use same address for ETH? I meant when you're depositing USDT in another exchange site, The deposit address of USDT will be same like ETH deposit address. Is it using different address?

I know that but it seems like what you can do to send more and more ticket until coinbase was giving a respond to your problem. I have been seeing so many people have problems with various problems keep sending more ticket until they get a response from coinbase.

You can send more ticket until coinbase support will assist you.

You can't recover your fund coz your funds sitting in coinbase wallet. Only coinbase who has access to your fund.

The only thing that you can do to keep send tickets to the coinbase support.

This is becoming a common mistake of many users of sending the Omni tokens (USDT) to the ETH address. Sorry to say but committing such a mistake, you need to be more careful about the names of different chains and the fact that their addresses are similar looking.

The only people who can help you is the CoinBase support. If they are closing your tickets, then there is nothing that members of this forum can do to help. You have to try contacting them in other methods and ask for reasons why they are closing the ticket. Such incidents have happened before too but CB's response has been to solve them everytime.

Because once a coin has been sent away, it is no longer yours, there is no method to "reverse" it, only the person owning that wallet can reverse it. Please learn this by heart. It is true for all cryptocurrenices out there.

Now since USDT is an OMNI token and it was sent to a ETH wallet, it needs special procedure to reverse this but only CB can help here.
