Not sure about the 10x from current price level, but it could easily enter into the top 15 list if it is just pumped more than 2.5x from current price as per coingecko data. Also, it could enter into the top 10 ranking if it's pumped 10x from current point. Although defi and nft projects are increasing day by day in Fantom ecosystem. So we just need to wait for it while doing DCA for more bullish rally.

Making the top 15 is not just about saying it, it all depends on what the team are doing to push the project to that level, since you have mentioned Solana and polkadot blockchain, both of them have good number of projects in the blockchain which also aid the growth of this two, let's see what will happen in fantom case, how many project are willing to work with them, am holding some ftm so I really hope they deliver.

Unfortunately, the '1 second finality time' is something other blockchain use to describe themselves. Avalanche is one of them. I don't think there is much value to be added to this statement as some are incorrect - sure they are not ETH type block delays but just because it says fast doesn't mean the fastest, right?

The fantom ecosystem is definitely picking more steam, and I've seen projects building on it, and raising funds is now possible given the emergence of a couple of launchpads specific for fantom (i.e. https://fantomstarter.io/).

So in a sense, yes, there is growth potential but whether this will push it up to top 15 may be too early to say.

Fantom's goal is indeed to solve the problems associated with the smart contract platform especially the transaction speed. As written on the coinmarketcap site and other sites.

Fantom data is currently quite good starting from the amount of volume and others. If Fantom is in the top 15 from its current position at number 32, then that's a good achievement because FTM has only increased in price this year which is 2021 since it appeared in 2019.

To get into the top 15 of coinmerketcap is not easy, it takes a lot of effort to achieve all of them, but if fatom is able to be in that position, this shows that the coin has a good level and stability, and maybe in the next year this coin will be in the top 10 large with a perfect sale value, if the process of the emergence of this coin is too brushy to be in its current position.

There should be an incentive for the new developers. this will attract developers to go to the fantom. I see the potential that owned by this one but remember that the user base was coming from adding more and more dapps to the blockchain. this will make such blockchain looks so attractive caused by people can also use it for the various purpose and it's not only transferring the asset.

Yes and why not? any new token has possibility to enter into the top 15. That's a sense spot to be achieved by a new project that has a solid product.

most of the published articles dedicating to a particular project is a paid one. so of course, they will highlight the best feature of the project and sell it as much as they can. but their performance can be tested once there are really a lot of users using it. being the fastest is not a new feature of new chains, but it can only be proven if their network will be busy just like eth or bsc. so for now, they can't prove such performance yet.

10x is still far from the horizon for this coin. even making it to top 15. but if the OP will closely follow this project and see their progress, then he will have idea when will these things happen.

Top-15 easily - I bet. I've been watching their advancing for several months and I see a strong fundamental reasons for them to grow. By the way, Rarity Game on Fantom network is a very interesting thing too. Check it out, it's something unique I think.

Very possible. For me, for the past few months, alternatives to the Ethereum blockchain network started to pop and started to gain someplace in the top (highest market cap).
So for me, it's not only Fantom that could make it to Top very soon, most blockchain networks especially smart contract platforms would be on top especially this Fantom with active community and developers.

I don’t follow Fantom really actively as I haven't worked on it so far. Nevertheless, I am excited by its huge ecosystems. You can find projects for all needs including NFT/meme/ gaming (chunks NFT, pokenomy, bitgem), launchpads(fantomstarter and launhcpool) and of course defi-projects. It supports curve, aave, sushi and has a lot of its own defies.

Personally I am very optimistic about fantom as I see its rapid growth. It is developing its ecosystem by given away funds as incentive programs. Protocol teams can claim rewards from the Fantom Foundation depending on their total blocked value (TVL), scalable from 1,000,000 FTM to 5,000,000 FTM in the first stage. Also it is building big partnerships. For example, Fantom Foundation, together with Orienbank, have announced that they will participate in a trial project to launch a digital currency of the Central Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan.
