Why there are just few applicants? Isn't strange?

Manager is trusted doesn’t mean payment is guaranteed  because manager isn't holding the fund. You may have missed this-

I'm quite surprised that no one is talking about this? If instead of irfan_pak10, a newbie or low profile rank posted this, a lot of people would look for escrow the fund and directly post here. I'm not having blame to irfan_pak10. But this is the scenerio.

Now that irfan_pak10 has said he isn’t holding the fund, if the project doesn’t pay, who will pay the participants? Is it irfan_pak10 (doesn’t make sense because he already stated he isn't holding fund)? Will anyone get tagged & will it be irfan_pak10? Again he is a campaign manager only.
This is really sick. People talks about escrow when it's newbie or low rank profile and people don't care when it's high profile, they don't need to escrow the fund.

Because @irfan_pak10's rank is Legendary and trusted if the manager missed this 1-week payment it means, it will surely be flooded by negative tag by the participants and it could be DT members too which I don't think irfan_pak10 let this happen in the future and it might be his aware of those circumstances.

@Kavelj22, I don't how many Legendary ranks are active as of now in joining the signature campaign, most of them are already wearing signature.

Let him be, his campaign, his rules.
