3 million U.S Dollar are being stealed from investors. But binance are now doing some action like tracking some informations about the scammers and they will hand those information to authority. Is there any possibility that they can track the scammers there are a lot of scam project before, but they are not being funish by authority and they are still free is it possible that the squid game scammers will go to prison this time?

It's consider already as scam due to its unauthorized used of a franchise name without permission and also after the recent pump and dump of the token which results to loss of many investors. Binance is already investigating to all tokens name after it and make sure blacklist all of them on BSC.

There's no legit company that will use a registered name without there consent and launch an ICO, You can check the Cardano Smart-Link project case since they suffer on this issue too but they quickly rebrand there name to become compliant and continue the project while this scam project continue the token sale and ignore legal matters.

a anonymous team created this project and i heard they used mixer in their stolen fund.

Squid is a fake project. They run a bounty to promote their project and after few days they shut down their website and social media accounts. They steal million of dollars and run away.
Their coin price is 2800$ and dropped to 0.0007$ per squid coin. Fake project collect funds from people's and run away.

If you got scammed by this project, know the real developers and have a lot of evidence then you can really file a case and as long as you have the money to cover for this cost, its possible to happen. Binance has the resources to do what is right. And if they do that for the victims then that's a relief for those who are badly affected  by this token.
They can track it if they can and pay as much as they can. But to have an accuracy in tracking those cons, we don't know if they actually can. Somehow, there could be a little hope in doing that but who knows if they really will.

So much this! There's no project in the history of crypto that would have used unauthorized copyrighted material during sales and would still be thriving. It either says about incompetency of marketing team or that they just don't care because they are doing a scam anyway.

But as far as I read about the Squid token, the problem is not too big and to make sure whether or not an information is valid I have not found for the token at this time, so I also began to hesitate to believe in the Squid token and also news about it.

They can provide all the info to the authorities however what are the chances that they will actually do anything? Even if they catch them? Most likely there will be no money left to give back to all the investors.

The writing was on the wall and there was tons of warnings about the project, one hint was why it only went up. And people should of realized there is a good chance it’s a scam when you can’t sell. There are a lot of scam cases like this when the developers are pretending they were hacked and all the money goes to the hackers just like this case.
I haven't heard one of the case could resolved and the scammers going to jail, because usually the scammers are untrackable after the scam and hard to track because their business is a full online business, i'm sure none of the investors are have ever met the devs at real life once.
And i also think the people who invested already know the risk for investing on hype coins.

It's a big crash though, price going zero is obviously a scam. I wonder why many exchanges today can add a token faster than the tokens that are created by a legit team.  There had been so many unbelievable coin names listed, you can't believe it's even a serious project.

Having a huge trading volume doesn't that the project is legitimate. Squid token is listed on DEX which means no one controls the trading volume and traders can do whatever they want. Even coinmarketcap already tagged them as scam token due to malicious behavior of devs and proof that devs taking profit from the dev wallet.

Squid Game dev just ran off with millions. They restrict everyone from withdrawing their money to pump the value of their coin and now they withdraw everything.

They deleted all their social media (instagram, twitter, telegram and discord). They even removed their website so everyone who staked their coins in there is also gone.
