Such jobs are best suited for the campaign managers and we have a handful of such users who do this for a payment.

My suggestion would be to put up this as a job offering, post a budget and decision to use an escrow or not in the "Services" section of this forum.

Please make sure you take someone who values content and knows how to separate spammers from quality users, almost everyone in the list that the publicly available on this forum take pride in upholding high standards in quality posting.

Dont go for any random newbie saying that they can do a lot, ask for prior experience, otherwise your team will risk recruiting a wannabe with no skills.

I can vouch for Hhampuz and CryptopreneurBrainboss they are two of the best managers here, developers will find it easy to work with them and you'll get the best results because they know how to manage a campaign they have proven their value here in bitcointalk for so many years.

My recommendation would be Hhampuz or Yahoo62278, they are probably the most respected bounty managers here. DarkStar_, mprep and LoyceV are also at the top of the list, but I don't know if they still accept new bounty projects. Surely there are many respected bounty managers I missed, but I cannot mention them all here.
