Need a little more information then that. Like how much, where the merchant is and what currency (USD, Euro, AUD, etc.) and is it recurring or a one time thing.

I wish I had seen this thread earlier ^{[sorry to hear that you've been scammed]}, but since the product that you're going to buy is less than $100, then you should consider creating a WebMoney account instead. You have to "at least" verify your phone number to get an "alias passport" but after that, you'll have enough limits to pay ^[limits]!

Thanks,  well i tried web money and didn't understood how it works and even if it accepts bitcoin loading.
I asked a russian person to do it in exchange, and yes i have been scammed so i will take trust ratings and warning seriously
