The fees are way too high. Why would anyone use the service when they could buy VCCs or just buy fiat (PayPal for example)? They would still be paying less even after paying a premium fee. And it's even worst if we're comparing you to DashBargain. I would have a second look at the fees if I were you.

Thanks for your feedback. We are still examining our pricing model. I have been providing this service privately through P2P buyers for going on 8 years. I don't know exactly why people pay the fees they do, It's not really my job to ask. I provide a service and the free market drives the service rate. I do know that some people prefer the unilateral option of sending the coin payment to the service provider over converting then spending. Some people also like the personal service and direct communication through every step of the process. Some also use it as it alleviates certain complications with international orders and shipping. The premium rate outlined on the website is based on a minimum average order at or around $100 average minimum order and web advertising as the primary marketing tool. I do expect BitcoinTalk users to be more savvy, which is why I offered a site specific discount.

I see from your history that you do use services like this, and your feedback is greatly valued. I would like extend to you a discount of 75% off your order fee if you are ever interested in giving us a try. You are right that people can buy fiat or something easily which can be used on the time of purchasing product. But all the service might not be available to all the people. Few countries/persons might not be able to operate paypal and always paypal fund might not be available. For vcc and real credit card may face the same issue so they may use 3rd party like this. But you are right that the fees are very high.
