I'm a player who has been with them for almost 2 years and I've deposit lots of time also I'm losing and winning.

Suddenly they're closed my account without any information.
I've been using the bonus for months  (they're sending code on telegram channel) because I have a family problem that's why I was unable to deposit playing with the bonus. i did wd two times but i have deposited a lot also i have lost too
But end of the month (octo) the problem has been solved so
I'm back on the game  I was thinking I let promote the site and earn some referrals? so I started the PTC campaign my target was 500 ref complete then I'll deposit here to play.

If there's a wagering requirement for the referral bonus to be claimed, why would they lock your account? Did you pay people to sign up only or complete the wagering requirement too? If so, that's not going to be good for bc game but they haven't set such rules for the referrral deal I think. Did you try to get them responsed here? You won't receive the amount in your account if anyone join bc.game through your affiliate link. The amount will be credited to your account if the referral increase their VIP level by doing wagers. Check the pay table of USD Rewards Rule

It clearly indicates that bc.game has suspended his account as they found multiple accounts under his control. And in the telegram support message they said OP is using his account for claiming the bonuses only. They have also given the reference of the email message (multiple accounts). In the ‘Bonuses and Promotions’ part of User Agreement page, bc.game said

5.6. Bonuses can only be received once per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.). The Operator reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found.

If what you shared is true, I guess there's nothing wrong with locking the account as OP intended to abuse the system to get the bonus. Multiple accounts is a BIG no in casinos all the time & having multiple account for abusing the referal bonus isn't obiously something any casino will tolerate. I don't think bc.game is wrong here if what you shared is true.

OP, can you please confirm the above statement is true or wrong? If you are tryinmg to abuse, what do you expect from them either?

There's no specific rules about bonus abuse in their terms besides multiple accounts and breached their games, but don't you think your intention is bad? since you want to maximize your profit trough their referral bonus. You're not really advertising, but pretty much only want to get referrals from your PTC campaign.

This issues also similar with winning a jackpot only with faucet, you didn't risk anything but if you're lucky you could earn money when hit the minimum withdrawal requirement. Of course it depends on each casino handled this, some allow it and some won't allow.

This situation was unfortunate but BC.Game has to remain consistent with our terms of use. I won't be going into detail because that would violate player privacy but I can say that when a player makes a large deposit during our deposit bonus periods to fill up their locked BCD bonus amount and then immediately withdraws leaving their account with only the locked BCD, that in itself is bonus abuse. Then, to spend the next few months only collecting playable bonuses from everywhere possible to chip away at unlocking the ill gotten deposit bonus amount is adding insult to injury. I feel bad that the OP had his account locked because I don't believe he was being intentionally malicious or multi account bonus scamming. I think in his mind, he just unwittingly broke the rules thinking he found an innocent loophole in the system. Sometimes, when this happens, it can be a person or team of people intentionally registering for the sole purpose of scamming the casino. I am sure the OP doesn't fall into the category of a scammer. However, as I said in the opening of this reply, we must remain consistent and apply our terms to everyone no matter their intentions. I hope this helps to clarify.

When they want to ban someone he will get banned no matter what you do for them. i did for them>promoting and it's nothing for them they're don't care about it what I invest for them. my deposit bonus was 1020+ USD something in this few months I have unlocked maybe 15+ USD YES they're can't prove it that i have unlocked deposit bonus 50%  with the shitcode bonus if i unlock that bonus 50% i believe that is a point for banning an account. my deposit bonus didn't even unlock 2% but my other question is >this is my deposit bonus. why i can't unlock that ?

Wagering at your own casino isn't going to make you rich either  that's why most of them have a clause that says you can't be a casino employee to register on the site. The sites that do have employee accounts (mostly smaller casinos that don't have an army of devs to make a management panel), don't play any of the games.
