I can say that when a player makes a large deposit during our deposit bonus periods to fill up their locked BCD bonus amount and then immediately withdraws leaving their account with only the locked BCD, that in itself is bonus abuse. Then, to spend the next few months only collecting playable bonuses from everywhere possible to chip away at unlocking the ill gotten deposit bonus amount is adding insult to injury. I feel bad that the OP had his account locked because I don't believe he was being intentionally malicious or with multi-account bonus scamming.
Thank you for your clarification. It makes enough sense but can you please point out where did you mention that if a player deposit only to take the bonus will be counted as bonus abuse? Is there any specific statement? This is a loophole of course & there will be people to find out that loophole to abuse but don't you think you could have used more strict rules? Did you state this anywhere? It will be unethical if you didn't say this anywhere but locking an account just because this is abuse (without any mention in the bonus rules). I don't know if you have set this rule or not. If you have, I guess you are fine.
@Bc.Game Could you please answer the questions raised by RaptarX?
I had a conversation with OP and he strongly believes he doesn't have multiple accounts. If that's not the case, how he abuses your bonus system? As OP said, He does not have the intention to unlock the deposit bonus only. If it was the target he could do it a month ago also you have a deposit bonus expiration system. So why do you consider it as a bonus abuse?
If unlocking the bonus was his main intention, he wouldn't ask you to remove the deposit bonus from his account.
Now OP wants his account with more than 100+ affiliates.
As he said, You can remove the deposit bonus from his account if you think he abused your deposit bonus system.
