I just find out that it's not easy to win going coinomi airdrops, I've participated in 10 different airdrops and never get paid at all so when I rechecked I always see like only 1000 people selected out of 300k or more, why airdrop in the first place when only few people will be selected ?

I assume you joined a bounty and that's why they're only selecting a few hundred rather than having a lot of participants. If you've received an airdrop coming from a new project, they're limiting the receivers, it's because they have a certain limit.
There are airdrops that you'll receive coming from projects that don't limit their participants because they're all covering those addresses as long as they've got the right token during the snapshot before receiving the airdrop.

I have participated in several airdrops at CMC. Usually they were always sent. It is very important that you answer the questions he asks for the project. Because the funds for airdrop is limited so technically, not all people can win because if that’s the chase that token will go dip soon. Just participate on Airdrop without expecting anything, if you’re lucky enough then you can have the chance to make money. I do participate as well, but very few was able to pay their due Airdrop is really different now.

In airdrop, you must be a lucky person to winning it. that means if you are not lucky enough and then you will never win such airdrop. I should remind you that the amounts that used for airdrop was so small compared with how many participants that already registered in the airdrop. This is the same case like icolist when only 1k - 6k investors can go in to invest in the project while it has moer than 500k participants.

That means airdrop was successfully brinng attention from the users. You can imagine when all of people (300k) who have participated in airdrop was retweeting and following whole of tasks that already created and it will give massive exposure. The main purpose of airdrop was not giving people free token but the developers who created this airdrop wants the project gets more exposure. You should never if you can easily with the airdrop because it depends on your luck.

While those airdrops are free to participate to, they cost time, and with that time you could do bounties or just work for money that you invest into cryptos. Wishing somekind of stroke of luck won't get you anywhere. Only work works if you want to earn something.

I participated before when numbers of participants were way lower and I won 2 out of 25 airdrops I joined, but now a lot of them pay very few to users, even less than $5, and one of things you have to do to join an airdrop is join their telegram group, and you can see that a lot of people don't even follow the rules but they inflate the number of participants, 12k members in the telegram group and 300k participants in CMC, doesn't make sense at all.

It is a common technique to hype the project before launch. Not only that, but it really helps drive their social numbers up. There are people out there who are super hopeful and still spend their time doing all the tasks only to find out that they never get anything.

It is all but a strategy, and by the commonality of it, a pretty successful one because those we do get lucky tend to perpetuate and exist in the system for the 2nd lucky shot.

To mind off that airdrops does have corresponding amount of tokens which would be given for free or airdropped and if they would tend out to give all of those users had participated then only a few amount would be given on each one of them which i dont see for it to be appealing and to know that there's lot of cheaters and multi-account on these space so  i  cant blamed on what the team is coming or up to in the end.

They are the ones who do make out decisions then its  just normal that they do have this kind of system.If you havent been chosen then

First if all, we must be aware that today's airdrops are not as worthy as past.
Related to airdrops that you said, every project has limited token allocations to give as rewards. And the limitation to participants are fair enough in order to make rewards received litle bit worthy. Than having many particioants but they can only have some cents. It will make participants hurt and not interested enough to join.

There are some projects out there that are no transparency like they are lying, some of the wallets they airdropped could belong to the team or they created multiple wallets and participate in airdrops so people will think a lot of people got airdropped and the circulation of their coins is spread, then very huge possibility they can control the price.

I used to participate in different airdrops and the thing is that I have never been whitelisted too. Airdrops take so much time as you have to find it first, and then compete a plenty of tasks such as subscription, retweets etc and it is not guaranteed that you will win, chances are so small.

Eventually, I decided to switch to bounties and ambassador campaigns as they don't require capital and you are to invest your time, but you are more likely to get profit.

lol , like fight against an army , the last i get from CMC airdrops is Yooshi airdrop with yooshi NFT , i forgot when i get it , but after that , not even 1. i am no longer participant after last month , bored with Bad RNG, better join airdrop from private party like telegram group or etc.

Because this is free so there will still be many people who voluntarily follow it and hope to get big results. Airdrops are one of the ways to promote a project that's why they only give a small amount of prizes to many people because with many people introducing their project through the required workings participants will be able to bring many investors to their project.

probably first come first serve or you didn't meet the requirements in order to receive the rewards,  simple as that like bounty campaign., actually through CMC everyone can apply for airdrop but the fact that there's a lot user that has alot of followers and very qualified to receive rewards its very hard to decide who will gonna be the winners..   that's the reason i didn't participate such airdrop because my social media accounts don't have a lot of followers and etc. Lol

I am not very lucky, for 30 times in which I participated I was not lucky even once. Although there are acquaintances who received payments from projects 2-3 times and in the end they normally received money after the sale of these coins. Well, I continue, maybe closer to 100 attempts I will get something.

Coinmarketcap airdrops always pays but one thing they did wrong is never saying all they need is 2000 participants, they turn it into gambling cos they randomly select the winners themselves which is wrong

Even if you join on the first minutes that the airdrop launched it doesn't mean you will be among the winner  till date I'm still confused how coinmarketcap selects their winners

The worst part is those 1000 participants that were selected were also them or a part of their team.
I would not waste time in these airdrops that are being offered on any platform. Instead, just invest in something else that is worth your time and effort to be supported.
This ain't 2015-2017 anymore where airdrops can be profitable by just signing up or joining their telegram. The other bad side of it is leaking your information then they will start sending nonsense emails.

Well, it's ups and downs to work on airdrops. I have also done many tasks to get airdrops, but most likely, paid and priced airdrops are not so much.
Personally, I sometimes don't participate in airdrops that limit the number of prize recipients, because I'm sometimes pessimistic about being able to get it, especially if there are special conditions to get an airdrop. Well, personally I follow airdrops from projects that are already on the market, or whose projects are close to hardcap or have already achieved it. I feel it has more potential, even though I don't follow airdrops much.
