If this is true then it might lead to abuse, I see a lot of players here who really do abuse good promotions I suggest to make this clear for us and probably set some sort of limitation so people will not going to abuse your promotion. Also I think you should make clear about the KYC and AML policy since it might be a problem if users starts playing on your website and you apply it on your policy.

I read their terms, they treat bonus is bonus funds not an actual money so you can't deposit and withdraw immediately since if you didn't wagered the bonus funds, you can only withdraw your deposit amount. I don't see any specific requirements in able withdraw the bonus funds, probably only winnings made from bonus funds can be withdrawed and the maximum is 5x from the bonus amount.

There're some jurisdictions they blocked and probably the bonus only valid for 24 hours.

You didn't access their site?. I read their KYC policy but you need to complete KYC when you withdraw and the merchant will review them in 3 business days. So it is true that you don't need KYC to play since it is not stated in their KYC policy that you must complete KYC before you can play. Yes it sounds like a trap because he said players are allowed to play without KYC but it will be required to pass KYC when it comes to withdrawal. This is why we should always read T&C before deciding to play in any gambling site. Friends casino should be as friendly as possible like its name, I suggest them to remove the KYC requirement for withdrawal. In principle, there is no contradiction in his statements and information contained in ToS.
He wrote that KYC is not required to play and that is correct. However, ToS says that KYC may be required. Probably this information is included in there for you to use in case of suspicion of money laundering. However, it would be good if it was clarified.

I am assuming that you got this logo from some free stock vector collection since it looks cheap and unprofessional. I think every casino needs a strong brand to compete successfully with strong competition.

I also noticed the vague language in your KYC/AML policy and your Terms and Conditions. Did you copy this from other websites without editing it for your needs? For example, your KYC policy mentions the Curacao license. Do you have one? I couldn't find one on your website.

We actually quite like our logo. We feel is reflects our light-hearted brand idea very well.

The website is having a display error when I'm clicking load more games. There's a lot of display error the further I browser deeper on all the casino feature plus there's only a limited games available on site. I hope you can work on too on  adding more game provider on your casino before you will launch a fully functional social media feature since only few will gonna play on a casino with a limited games offer since there's a lot of big casino out there that trusted and has wide variety of games. Do you have bets history on your account provided by casino? If no, which provider you were playing? As far as I know, most provider with buy bonus feature has its own bets history. If what you say is true then you can show the bets history and compare it with your balance. The most simple way, you may ask them about your bets log or balance log to check if there is an issue with the game.
