It is a big red flag until he fixes this and made clear, we should cease playing here, we always recommend or reminds our friends to always check the TOS of the casino they are playing, in this case, what he is saying is very much different from his TOS, he urged players to break their own rule if this is a copy from other casino's TOP then he must log in to his Cpanel and edit it and he should do it asap.

Yes it sounds like a trap because he said players are allowed to play without KYC but it will be required to pass KYC when it comes to withdrawal. This is why we should always read T&C before deciding to play in any gambling site. Friends casino should be as friendly as possible like its name, I suggest them to remove the KYC requirement for withdrawal. They may reserve the right to ask KYC for special conditions only like what we usually see in most other casinos.

The KYC issue is not yet addressed and it's a big concern he is posting that you can play without KYC but on their TOS they ask for KYC, there is a contradiction and the contradiction is on the most important rule before playing in a casino, I cannot play on a casino that has a vague policy especially on a new site that has not to establish it's reputation yet.

Google search shows many companies with this name but none that I could find with that address. In principle, there is no contradiction in his statements and information contained in ToS.
He wrote that KYC is not required to play and that is correct. However, ToS says that KYC may be required. Probably this information is included in there for you to use in case of suspicion of money laundering. However, it would be good if it was clarified.

Since you said kyc is not required, is it OK if I register with fake information (particularly the phone number and location)? And will users be notified before you start enforcing it and will they be able to withdraw their money without verification?

What people can see at this moment is not final and I admit it can look a bit weird, however it will be fixed soon.

If KYC is mandatory for everyone, then you should require it from the beginning. Before the user makes a mistake and deposits money to your casino. Otherwise, you deceive players into thinking they can play anonymously, but in reality you are preventing them from making withdrawals without providing their personal information.

Just say KYC is needed in order for the player to play and withdraw the account balance.
