Create a privacy coin

I need a privacy coin like monero, with the same security features (ring signatures etc.), and list it on exchanges. Will pay for someone's advice. Does anyone know how to do this?

Do you realize that in order for your coin to be truly secure, a critical number of users/nodes is required? Why don't you use an existing one or fork an existing one? I would recommend Priratecoin (ARRR) regardless of creating a new coin.
