paxful has banned my account before for no reason. that time i didn't care because there was no much funds left in that wallet. but this time i created another account and deposited a about 0.003 bitcoin to it and tried to verify my account i got ban again. that is not just the problem but i can not withdraw my money due to nonsense fees. i contacted the support and they always say one thing and one answer which is a bot respond.
i tried to withdraw what left to my wallet and i still didn't receive it too.

They provide a reason why you get banned which is you submit an ID that belongs to other existing account which is proven since you admit it by yourself on this post. You should carefully read the ToS before you register and deposit many on any services online. The main question here is the reason why your first account got ban, Please provide screenshot of those so that we can see what's the real reason for that. I believe you can recover your funds by contacting there support. They don't have the right hostage the money base on the law unless it was stated on there ToS which you agree by the time of your registration.

Paxful is a trusted company they will not gonna scam you for 0.003BTC while they are handling more than that on there platform.

i had a problem as well with paxful. i was trading with it normally and all my trades where going well and i had many positive feedbacks with the people i trade.
one day i got a permanent ban it was like two years ago. my account was verified with my documents and i had no illegal trades or issues. well all they offer me is withdrawing my funds to an external wallet.
and these days i decided to create another account i deposited an amount of bitcoin to it and tried to verified and i got a ban again.
and this time i can withdraw my money because of high and no sense fees. the problem is that when i got ban from the old account they said you can normally crate another account now they ban it.
paxful support answer me always with same email and i think it's a bot.

So you were banned from paxful and then went back and made another account?
That is 100% against their ToS much like here. Your account does not get banned. YOU get banned.
No idea why you were banned in the 1st place and it does not matter. They kicked you off their platform and you tried to get back in.
And they kicked you out again.

Not you key not your coin, centralized exchange service providers can have terms of service that will not favour you, I do not mean about the ban, but about the hugh amount of fee needed for the withdrawal. I have someone that was said to be manipulating the market price of bitcoin in its ads or something, he was banned in a way he lost the money left which was $22 as the withdrawal fee is more higher than the amount.

I think Jsmbuguis not talking about the ban, he is talking about the huge withdrawal fee after the ban. You can check it here as it is in his link above. The bitcoin network fee and handling which is 0.0026739 is too much, at bitcoin price of $67000, that is $179.1513 to be taken as fee.

I doubt this should be called scam.
They banned you and then you created another account. If the Tos has terms like once you have one account banned, you can not create any other account then they are following their rules.

About the money you deposited, it should be sent back to you. They also should not allow you to deposit the fund since your account is already flagged. If they allow you to have a new account, then wait until you deposit anything before banning you again then they are just using a loophole.

That's clearly way too much. Is this okay to do? I am not going to use any shit service that will ask me to pay this much fees. It hurts even to pay 0.0005 BTC to those centralized exchanges who already have a huge establishments.

Someone I know sent me that image above last month or two months ago when he was banned on Paxful, I wonder many people that will against the term of service and be banned in a way they will lose bitcoin. I was unable to verify what OP is implying because even the Paxful withdrawal fee is much higher than $20 for bitcoin as in the above image. 

Many people are making use of Paxful just to buy and sell, and not about sending because the fee is very higher if compared to the normal bitcoin on-chain transaction that will can still make use of experience to have low fee. I also still wonder how many people will go against centralized exchanges terms of services and be banned this way in a way they will lose.

If it is true that the withdrawal amount is much higher like that for banned users, I do not know what I will call it than scam, centralized exchanges and other centralized platforms have the terms of service that always lead to scam for users, if the fee is much higher like this truly, this is another one I see today again not to depend on centralized exchanges.

I'm not sure if banned users can still access their funds; when you're banned on Paxful, you'll be permanently locked out of your account unless there were temporary restrictions on your funds due to suspicions of illegal activity or a large deposit from a Bitcoin mixed source, as most centralized exchanges don't accept deposits from Bitcoin mixing platforms.

With regard to withdrawal fees, most centralized exchanges set their fees at a fixed rate, meaning that no matter how large or little your withdrawal is, the transfer gas will always be the same. For example, Remitano's bitcoin withdrawal tnx fees is $30 regardless of the withdrawal amount.

@Op ban evasion is prohibited on Paxful, like most centralized exchanges, is strongly frowned upon; after committing an offense on the site and being told never to return, you foolishly returned, registered, and verified the account using the same documents as the banned account. You're quite astute.

Trsut me for the first time i got ban i wasn't using the platform for like a month and i don't care for what reason they decided to ban me. They didn't mention why they did that either

What do you call what happened to me if it's not a scam. They let me deposit that amount of money to the new account than ban it. And set a huge fees for withdrawal.
At least don't allow me to deposit and lose that money.

Yeah probably you are right. I did a mistake for not reading all their ToS. The problem is just why they allowed me to create another account and ban it as soon as i made a deposit
