Having babies is actually part of being fruitful... It's written, be fruitful and multiple...        Not everyone will be happy to have a dog(for example) that fail to produce offspring, unless maybe the dog has adopted children it's nurturing to adulthood

That said, it's important to always wait for the right time to have babies, or get married & have babies. Don't do it because of pressure. And don't desire to have plenty if only few have been predestined for you and vise versa. Don't be too bothered about how the world does it or what they want you to be like. Be patient and wait for the right time... When it come, you will glad you didn't rush or weren't desperate.

The patient ones will likely be more responsible or patient enough to train the children properly.

Not everyone does have that mindset and you don't have to force people that don't want to have babies to have babies. It's also not easy to raise a child.

Those people that understand that they're not capable of raising one, they are not putting themselves into that situation.

The problem is that there is people who don't understand they are not capable of it and yet put themselves into that situation.
