Need advice regarding buying

Knowing the mainstream media articulate always the risk of crypto rather than giving some good news on it for sure people will think about negative when it comes on bitcoin or crypto. But for sure once they see many people change their lives due to their risk taking on crypto for sure those who doubt will go with it. Although they will face failures but once they learn about this they provably recruit and make their friends use bitcoin to.

Fortunately there is a good news that bitcoin is seen as a good thing in the recent years. Maybe 5 years ago or before there were bad news and they talked about how it was "money used by drug dealers" and so forth, it was always seen as bad thing and used by bad people.

However, with more and more professional people getting in the crypto world we are talking about crypto a lot more in good light. This is why I believe that we are in a situation where we are getting more and more news that are good about bitcoin.

One thing that is not entirely sure about is the "green" part of it, because it is using a lot of energy to mine bitcoin and that makes things a lot trouble for us, I am not entirely sure if that would be a big problem for us in the long run but that is the only bad thing talked about bitcoin world. Not sure what we could do to change that, proof of stake could change that but could be risky on security part as well.

Yes, the current market situation must be very good option for all regular buyers because they could enjoy some big discounts right now. If you are into DCA you then you should keep on buying regardless of whether market is into bullish trend or bearish trend but it seems OP is not doing as per the requirement of DCA then I guess he will not be able to enjoy the benefits of doing DCA.

You know many people who fear to invest in bitcoin do  so because they are thinking that the price has gone very high per one and that it won't rise again abovr such and they want to look away but the price does better each time it starts for bull and going above last ATH and creating a new status. This shows that bitcoin is just in starting point and has yet started to increase. Things are different now, the level of education and adoption is not the same in 2017 and this is why that the price will keep going up the way I feel

What happens is that those people are only thinking about the short term and not about the long term potential of bitcoin, however I think it is better for those people to not come to this market, after all we may be thinking about all the profits they are missing, but I think people with that kind of mentality do not have what is necessary to keep holding their coins when adverse conditions come to the market, so it is better for those people to invest in other markets that are less volatile but that do not have the same long term potential.

Those traders who take advantage of the drops are usually the ones who do shorting or use stop loss very well. I am not one of those people but I have met with a lot of them over the years and I have to say that they are rare. I have been in crypto for many years now and I have met with a lot of people and only a few are capable of profiting even when it is going down.

The key is not to profit when it is going down, but to position yourself correctly when it is already down. Many people who got rich with crypto that I have met didn't profit when it was going down, but they all bought as much as they can when it was already down. That way they profited very quickly when it's up, and profited heavily when it ATH's.

But, if you are a daily trader, I think that there is no certain good time to buy or sell. You can set a price and then make a set of price goals to buy and sell the coin itself. But of course, it may be riskier.

Yes, it is a good decision to buy bitcoin now but they do not have to buy at once because the price is still too volatile and can drop anytime.
They need to diversify their order buy too many low prices so they can get bitcoin at various low prices and if they can do that, they can do swing trading besides long term trading because that can give them a chance to make a profit in a short time.
I always suggested buying bitcoin in stages because that can reduce our panic when the price is down and we can get more amount at a low price.
Hopefully, $60k will be the support price to hold, not going down for more.

It seems that my decision to buy Bitcoin gradually is very right, the price of Bitcoin is getting lower right now. At least this doesn't make me panic,
because I can buy more Bitcoin at a lower price. But quite unexpectedly Bitcoin finally dropped below $60k, this is not a good thing, because some

We have to consider this situation the time to start investing while the price is declining for it someday it pumps back high again.
Well, I'm not getting in surprise to see the current situation coz this was also happening in the previous Christmas season, and as the Holidays comes closer many holders are selling their coins in preparation for the upcoming celebration. I've projected this one and that is why I'm selling some of Bitcoin last week.

And I am going to expect the price of Bitcoin to reach back $50k before the rally starts, probably early next year.

Holiday season pump is something that kind of mindset which cant really be removed on someones mind because we had already experienced it back in the past thats why whenever this season is approaching then people had already some that kind of expectation or anticipating something like on having some price pumps but this market had proven out thats not how it works or behaves
because on previous years it didnt really make out some significant move.

For now being wise and smart is something you should really be thinking off whenever you do make out some buying decision.Dont tend to listen on anyone and
make your own analysis which would be something worth to test on.

I agreed with that but 97% of all the altcoins we have in the market only imitate the features of other cryptocurrencies and my suggestion about buying new crypto is to invest in a project that introduces something new cause such a project will always be number one in the field it introduces. An example is Bitcoin and ETH.

Or simply just totally shit at all which you should really be careful on selecting on which one for you to investment because once false move or mistake will surely cost you something.When buying then theres no such thing about being having that perfect buy and taking into consideration that it is really depending on someones plan whether he do go for long term or would go for shorter ones.
This is not something that easy to be done specially this market is really full of fake or shit tokens which you should really be careful of.

Hey guys,

Lately, I've been putting a lot of work to educate myself toward Bitcoin, going through ressources from hope.com / 10hoursofbitcoin.com / Essays / Well document articles...... im officially down the rabbit hole.

I have the feeling that i am starting to understand deeper what Bitcoin truly is, what it brings, how it changes everything, what hope it brings, and mostly, how HONNEST it BTC is.
I am more and more amazed by it, to the point that i've lost almost any interest toward any other crypto «currencies».

To put it in other word, i want to add more bitcoin to my portfolio but with current near ATH price, i am not sure how to proceed from here.
We all know buying at/near ATH is not the best move. On the other hand, people will suggest « DCA DCA - long term long term».


Yes I've been doing DCA with BTC. I've stopped doing so at 2 weeks ago, at 59k. Thought it was getting high to buy.

Well, personally, my advise to you is don't focus yourself in the first place into Bitcoin, because it is much better to focus in the other coins if you want to earn high chances with it. Though I am not saying Bitcoin is not good, it is good only for the long term where you are willing to hold it for 3-4 years something like that. But for now much better to look for the other like ADA,Cake, Matic, Solana, Bnb, and Shiba.

It can be long-term for sure but it can be diversified to new projects if that has the potentials. Short-term investment is risky but it seems to profit. Well, that be sure you are investing the right coins.

BNB is more impressive coin to invest either in short term or long term. For eth it should be in long term.

If you are limited with highly reputed coins then you will get chances to remain profitable but if you extend your altcoin investments into random coins then you may burn your finger. Even some altcoins are highly profitable than bitcoins, I guess it will be too difficult to identify such coins and the right timing specific for that coin. This is the reason I never prefer go out of bitcoin investments.
