So what's up with these 3 coins that apparently have 8000%, 35000% and 76000% APY on staking them.. seems fairly crazy.. and damn.. what a pain in the ass to try and buy them.. you have to transfer from different coins to different coins to different coins then platform, then purchase.. is there no EASY way to buy them?? ha

You can deal with Staking in the Trust Wallet (In principle, using Metamask is also good).
I bought an Avalanche (AVAX) in Binance and sent it to the Trust Wall.

There I switched AVAX to TIME on "https://traderjoexyz.com" which you also wrote.
This is how the TIMe Token stays in your wallet - Trust Wallet!
If you open the official Wonderland (TIME) website (https://www.wonderland.money/) on the Trust Wallet dAPP, you can STAKING the TIME Token there.
In the meantime, I also started testing MetaMask.

These kinds of projects and there are lots of them as most likely OHM like or some of them are so-called "fork" of OHM projects.
Most of these kinds of projects can be bought in decentralized exchange as there are still few centralized exchanges that have listed these pairs, but I think OHM is already listed on some centralized exchanges.

I just want to share also, that there are these projects on the Solana network, called InvictusDAO which currently I am in.

As for buying it, I don't think it is as hard as you're making it seem. You really just have to buy the coin on the right chain and stake it on the app.

With TIME, when you stake it you get MEMO. You can then Wrap your MEMO (to wMEMO) and stake it on the Fantom chain for an additional 160% APY.

I used to stake and do yield farming on platforms that offered enormous APYs and the thing is that if this coin is bad, it will devalue soon and as a result you will lose as you will sell then for a smaller price. Also there are risks that this platform will be hacked or it is just a scam.
Regarding your question of where to buy tokens, you should just search them on coinmarketcap and then you will find out where they are traded. For example, you can buy KLIMA on sushiswap and hotbit.

To be honest, I don't see a lot of potential in these projects, their structure is relatively similar. I did not read the white papers of these projects, if someone delved into their essence, I ask you to tell me the main ideas, because apart from some similarity to the pyramids, I did not see anything else at first glance.
