We've read and practiced the mindset power game,  where if you are aligned to a frequency of thinking about something, it begins to manifest.

The discussion of skills, their importance and how many skills an individual ought to learn to stay relevant for the future has been on for some time now and this circle of thought crossed my mind.

The comparison is between the skilled and unskilled.

-if one commits themselves to learning multiple skills without plans of expanding their skilled business to a point where they are able to have people who will begin working for them, has one subconsciously and unknowingly aligned themselves to always be in a position to receive?  that is a position where they always have to hope and depend on "a giver" to come patronize them for their survival.

-for the Unskilled, who knows he will need the services of skilled labour for some special tasks, does this not mean that he has already aligned himself unknowingly to always have more money for special tasks, that is to be a source to the skilled( the giver)?

In simpler language, Is it possible that people who always want to learn this and that skill to be able to survive never really become so wealthy in life compared to those who just want to be able to have money to be able to patronise the services of people who offer them?

First I think your thought pattern will rather confuse your reader(s) to contribute to what you are saying.

You talking about skilled and unskilled, I want to add labour to it maybe it can direct on something to discuss. Regarding creating money or making source of money for the skilled services, certainly that is why the skilled has elevated his unskilled nature to a skilled nature. Nobody is born skilled except gifted people but if talking about skilled, it has gone through refining to get to that finished level and so has to benefit from their knowledge. Being skilled is for the purpose to leave a never of unrecognition to another level of growth and living ready. I don't know if I have contributed to your mindset for others to get something out for discussion.

We also know that there are some unskilled people who are givers than receivers because they have been lucky in life also.

Sometimes I find it a bit difficult to wrap my mind around the thought patterns of the World and this happens once you are no longer one with the world.  One of the easiest way to figure things out is to bend low to their level again and that could mean going back to your vomit.

To be honest with you, what you bother yourself with will never be a problem once you are broken free from the system.
Let me give some idea what it's like to be really free, once you are free you eventually realize that what the world constantly strive to have is given to you freely & easily whenever you want as long as it's good and will be used for good. Even though a person is not skilled doesn't mean he/she won't become rich. It is all about plan and the determination to achieve it even though you may need a skilled person to do the task for you and with that time given then why not learn from skilled person on how to do the task. Your question could be answered in another way, it could be that some will only want money to survive from those who offer it and some may do the same but later on have their own service where they will become the one who offer it. In this case, I see it as a balance between two groups of people who have work and business skills so that they are able to create jobs for those who are not very proficient in developing aspects of their existing skills.

 Therefore, humans can be called a symbiotic mutualism, which actually cannot live in one room. Instead they have to go outside to meet the needs of life and survival. Mutual need, providing power from all needs, both individuals in particular and certain groups in general. If in biological science this is referred to as a food chain, it is not much different from being analogized as a life chain. Whereas in social science this is usually one of the characteristics of socialist living beings.

Aligning skills can be honed, developed and can be used as a skill to be a factor in continuing the work ethic for those who have the facilities to continue learning it. Now this advice can often be through formal, informal schools, or courses that are built on purpose to have a special character in a person.

The mindset you have here is quite funny. Where do you expect to get money to pay those who are skilled if you yourself are not skilled in any particular area to be able to make the money yourself? Everyone has a particular area where they are skilled, and that’s the area where they rely on to make their income.

You must have something doing, then it is up to you to work hard and build your business to the extent that you will have to employ others to work under you. You don’t need to rely only on one skill, you need to keep learning and expanding your skills to be able to do other new things and expand your business to grow. So, just know that if you are unskilled, then you are just going to be as good as someone who is hopeless.

I think it's very possible and quite often the case that stupid bosses have smart people working for them and ensuing they get their profits. The hustle culture, gig economy, productivity porn and learning obsession seem interlinked with the ultimate objective of producing the most efficient workers for a capitalist economy.

Adding skills is a positive as long as you are actually applying them and using them to synthesize further. As per Bloom's taxonomy of Knowledge, if you keep learning without application, you will never actually synthesize anything.

The one that is skilled but is asking to be given what he needs basically dies imo, while the latter lives. Money makes the world go round imo, and even without skills as long as the latter knows how to make money, then why can't he ultimately live out the rest? Adapting to the relevance of the growing era and following what the customers want. That is quite reasonable and as a requirement for someone who has a profession in a certain field to be able to survive in a modern environment. It's not just about the skilled and the unskilled most of the companies and the jobs are focused onto the idea of degrees as well. Even though you might be more skilled they would not accept you over the person who has a better degree. Also many universities and campus provides in campus job opportunities as well therefore I do think you should not only focus on your education as well, which would need immense planning from day one. Therefore most of the times it's also about the experience you can gain over the years perse. Since the companies always prefers experienced people over the unskilled and freshers so therefore, it would be wise to take over internships as well overseas even if it's unpaid to get more skills.

Not all of them have to follow the movement or make additional skills. Precisely at this time everyone is looking for skills that have their own characteristics. If it's just the same as the others or simply is an easy-to-find common skill there will be a lot of competition. but when you have a characteristic that distinguishes your skills from others skill seekers will really need it for an attraction that not everyone has.

See when people who have above average or unique skills become the attention and target of company owners.

This works on certain people but not every single person. For example let's assume that you have a startup idea, congratulations you are one in a billion, because over a billion people have one and that means it worths zero and noooo job in the world no matter how awesome it sounds or how realistic or how profitable it sounds there is still no way that it worths even a single cent of investment until it starts to work.

However if you sleep with it, wake up with it, eat with it, watch netflix with it on your mind constantly and can't stop thinking about it, then some people will get to work. Even though millions upon millions will do nothing about it, there are "some" (a few) who will do everything to make it work.

I have seen one guy who worked overtime at his work for a while to earn more, then got a second job instead of overtime, then became taxi driver, and saved 13k dollars (which is quite good amount of money for startup in my nation). Then he worked 4 months to learn how to design and develop his idea, so he didn't pay anyone else and can keep the funds for marketing. Then he worked on learning marketing, seo, inbound, email and many other methods as well. Not all will do this and it is very rare.

I don't really think so, simply cause if we take inherited wealth out of the question, the wealthy people you're talking about who patronize other skilled individuals are also very much skilled in their own field, mind you that they are even more skilled than the average individual with just a 'basic' skill, Influential/rich individuals who own chains of businesses are very skilled in their area of specialization, people tend to feel that rich individuals aren't skilled or that they got to their present position out of luck or just favor, but that believe is erroneous, they actually work harder than the average Joe and acquire more skills than you can actually tell.

Having said that, what separates both sets of individuals is the skills acquired, there are skills that are more profitable than the other, thus people who are very rich tend to acquire the most sought out skills and take steps miles ahead of others and later on employ/hire others who acquired other skills they didn't for some specific service. People who acquire the right/profitable skills in the long run usually get rich from it.

A skilled and unskilled labor have a difference in what is already being said, skills. Skills will lead them to bigger incomes, bigger incomes would mean a bigger saving and possibly bigger volume of investment. In that sense, the skilled labourer may spend more, save more and invest more.

But it is also true that learning skills makes a person more disciplined too. They would more likely go for safer and long term investments than impulsive investments dont by less disciplined laborers.

I dont think this has anything to do with mindset, that is somewhat inherent and also additionally coming from upbringing. Skills may change mindset but they would make it turn 180.

Not everyone has the capability to learn all kinds of disciplines and even if they can, it's going to take them a lifetime before they can do it all not to mention that there's more skills popping up in the near future. It's not just about the skilled and unskilled, most of the companies focused onto the idea of degrees as well to accept
or get a job. There's a lot of people have a good skills but doesn't have a degree, that's why most companies doesn't accept them. But I believe that even though a person is not skilled or don't have nothing, that doesn't mean he or she won't become rich or don't find any job. It is all about plan, those strategies they will going to do and the determination to achieve it.
