Could CheckDot's verification of blockchain projects be used for bad purposes?

Hello friends. I want to discuss a topic that interests me. Very soon, a cool project is being launched to test the blockchain project. It's called CheckDot. They plan to provide extensive validation of any projects to make them transparent and open to users. However, I have a question whether the creators of scam-projects can themselves create reviews through this platform and thereby use it for their purposes? What do you think?
