What are the best ways to invest money?

Why am I investing? Because there might be something that I might throw in and get something more at in the next time I check on it.
Goal? Yeah, I am aiming to be rich in crypto actually. With the experience of learning and investing, why wouldn't I choose the opportunity to do both? My goal is to learn in here and at the side, well rake a few bucks from my investment.
Time horizon? I am a long-term holder so that surely speaks for itself.

Its all depends on what you are wanting to achieve. You want capital gain only ? Or revenue streaming ? If you want only capital gain you can put 1 million dollar at a time on Gold or buy it 1000 dollar monthly on Gold or bitcoin then put ir in safest place.

If you want some streaming revenue per month or per year you can buy stock for gaining dividen per year. Or buy a Land / House / apartement then rent it. Then you can get streaming revenue per month and capital gain when you sold it years latter.

Since I started to invest on cryptomarket, my risk tolerance has been increase so I can catch up with the market. This market is too risky if you don’t have enough knowledge about it so better to learn first and again, we should invest the money we can afford to lose. I have my specific target every year, I’m close to achieve it now, I just setup a more realistic goal so it can happen.

The person who can invest in the right way gets his desired result there, because without the right sector you will not get your desired result.

In general, I may still be too naive in this matter because to get rich, you need to plan and what target you want to achieve in that number.
but I didn't do that, for planning I did have a fairly mature plan but for the target every week, every month or every year I never made it.
because for me the target is the limit that makes you complacent when that limit has been reached.

TBH, be it about saving and investing $100 or $1000, such things are only possible with spare money as the only money which we don't give a damn about, we can invest in crypto or take anything you believe can grow your capital, because risks are everywhere when we "invest" in something and if OP believes he can save $1k and invest, then he must prepare himself for all the consequences that may arise if his investment portfolio gets dragged down so badly due to price crashes and whatnot. If he's got the appetite of forgetting about his $1k for a very long time and remain patient with the SIPs and keep doing it on a regular basis, such guy will become a very successful investor in not a very long time.

Setting a goal is one of the things to consider when going to invest in something.
However, investment is more than this.
I personally will:
1. Consider in what kind of investment it will be, you are right, be specific: if this is in crypto, ensure you find the best crypto
2. Invest only in whatever that you really know and understand, never invest in something gambling, new, or no knowledge at all
3. Set the right budget to invest, invest only money that you can afford to lose. Our goal is to earn money in a specific amount, but we will not know what will happen in the future, if the investment is failed, we may lose the money, and we must consider about this
4. Invest wisely, smartly, and also carefully
5. Setting a goal of investment, whether for short-term or long-term investment, yes if we set a goal to be rich is so general. We must determine with this $.. as the capital, I should get $..... in 6 months, $.... in 1 year, $..... in 5 years, and so on.

Well, my plan is simple. Invest money into good project which will potentially get me 10x or more on my investment.
Once i have enough, plan is to buy 5 or 10 apartments and rent them out.
Where i'm at, a medium sized apartment costs around $150k, and you can get around $600 in rent monthly.
So 10 apartments, $6000, minus tax, you get around $4500-$5k monthly which is more than enough

Losing is a part of our learning experience, though we can't totally avoid this thing however we are able to do something to make it lessens. The main purpose of investing is basically to grow your capital and investing is usually harder than it seems. Even making passive income with the amount of $1000 monthly is hard and the only key for you to make that big passive income is to have your big capital staked and this is the logical way.
Even in stocks, getting $1000 monthly from just investment alone is really hard and sometime investing in stock will also cause the capital to decrease in amount if the economy is getting worse and it’s the same with crypto.
But if we want to reach financial freedom I think instead of getting fixated on having dividends we should instead try to grow our capital maybe by investing to some start up in the early stage. That’s what most of venture capital are doing exactly, they are waiting to find some hidden gems and turn their money or capital into an even bigger capital from it. Trying to increase dividend just doesn’t cut it anymore nowadays. But investing to startups definitely need higher risk tolerance because the startup could go down almost immediately after funding and this is what makes many avoid startups

That is just it, you have made a really good point here. A lot of investors do neglect this fact, and due to their greediness, they are investing their money without having any target at all. When you ask them what is their target, they don’t even know what it is, and all they just want to do is simply get rich and not else.

Even when their investment is increasing in value and they’re making lots of profit, their greediness wouldn’t let them sell their assets and collect the profit that they have achieved so far, rather they would continue to hold that same coin. That’s why a lot of them would still end up as losers after everything. It’s always good to set up a target, and when you are able to achieve that target, you can then decide whether you should go on and set your target to a higher level than you currently are at the moment.

Lets begin with why are You/We investing? the answer of course is to multiply our capital in the business in which we think it has a capability, stability, good roadmap in the future that is why we give our trust in the project were we put our investment. And to make this happen I think through trading here in cryptocurrency we can achieve it and of course we should be ready for the risk of it.
