Is the meme coin still worth holding

I hope we have the reason to hold them and I hope that we are holding the right coins but seem to know that meme coins aren't good enough to risk long and hold long. I know that not all are bad and worthless coins in general coz there are still some that performing so well. However, if we don't make any searches and choose the wrong coins, I don't think so but rather have nothing to expect from them.
People got amazed at Dogecoin in the past few day's performances and now, Shiba Inu is on the spike. If this is your basis why do you have a plan to hold them, that was your choice, because for me, as long as it has a working product and market use that is fine.

The meme coin that you have mentioned above was made the price goes up because of the people's hype.
It's hyping now heavily and many people want to have a short gaining profit in the market and grab this kind of activity. The only meme coin that I believe will never fade is dogecoin, this coin has real use and there are too many gambling casinos that used dogecoin.

If you wanna try to invest in the short term it is up to you, just always invest what you can afford.

I currently hold meme coin and so far I haven't record any particular profit out of it and because of that I'd still have a reason to hold for now while aiming to get the profit. Though some time I am tempted to start taking it out on my wallet to stop loss but I'd still believe that it would go pump again for the second time this time I know I am taking the risks already of losing my money but I used the amount that I can afford to lose by the way. In my case, I still choose to hodl meme coin and I have my reasons why, well we have our own thoughts about it some may wanted to say it's not worth it and we should respect each others opinion.

Actually, if either dogecoin or shiba inu cost 1-2$, they will overtake Microsoft, Google and Bitcoin in market caps, as it will be around 589$ billion while the market cap of Microsoft in only 2,4$ billion and 1,2$ billion Bitcoin has.
What is more, what is trigger for them to grow so significantly in the long-term? They don't have anything fundamental under them. But hype can't support the price all the time.

Meme coins does'nt have real use. It will only be profitable when there are personalities who hypes it. In this case we are required to be smart in making decisions and always learn from mistakes, as you said, learn from ICOs and others whose names just disappear because of the many scams.

In my opinion Meme coin is not for long holding. It is better to sell meme coins as soon as there is some profit. Because meme coins can never sustain their hype and price for long. It gives a lot of profit in a very short time and goes down a lot again in a very short time

I think the coin meme trend is still good because it has been proven to dominate the trending coinmarketcap, maybe this is risky but I've made a big profit of up to about 40x from the many coin memes I bought, the way is easy, I bought a lot of new meme coins with a small nominal and saw the progress, when profit large for example 20x then I immediately sell.

It's not really worth to hold a meme coin for a long time because the coin has no use cases and most of the meme coin were pumps and dumps so it's good only for short term, just sell it right away if you earn profit. The reason i will hold a coin is because of it development and how the project is moving, you can not just and hold coin that is not moving well, the money used to invest on the coin will be useless if the project is not doing, no hype of coin will make me to leave a coin that is not doing proper, i think for selling you will sell when you receive information or when you decide to sell.

Any kind of coin meme if they are listed on an exchange and there is an exchange I think is very worth holding in the short and long term. in my opinion, if the memecoin has more holders then keep it in your wallet until you get a large profit value.

Memecoins doesn't have any exact time frame for holding. Some profit in the long term whereas majority of the memecoins show a massive breakout at the beginning and fades of from the market. Holders who get lucky to invest on such cryptocurrencies will be the only beneficiaries out of those memecoins. This hype will continue for some time, until then there'll be more buying and selling of those coins.

In my own opinion, the hype on some of the meme coins make them pump and get more investors, and that is the reason why I hold my meme coins until my goal is attained because I set some targets once it's reached then I sell to avoid loosing complete asset.
