I have 1000 DEXT coins... how do I upgrade my account?

I use dextools and I bought 1000 dex coins as per the link on their site.  When I use dex tools it still says " you are using the old version of dextools"... do I have to connect somethign? I have metamask iphone apple... does it know automatically... if so why does the little reminder at the bottom of the screen keep showing up? I seem to be missing a step.. thanks.

Have you connected your metamask to the dextool app! If so then there is a subscription fee I think that is required to be paid to enable premium features,  I just connect my metamask and I see below where it says "your wallet does not have active subscription" there is a wallet where 170 dex needs to be sent to, have you taken this steps already? Maybe this is what is required, I haven't done it I only connect my mm so am not sure.

It doesn't know automatically and have you tried to connect your wallet  on the "User account" page (on the left panel)? Remember that you must have verified your wallet once you have connect your wallet to the dextool account. If you were unable to verify your wallet and then you must clear your cache and then try to open it and verify your wallet again.
I hope that will work for you. If you have been successfully doing this and you will be seeing your standard membership in your account

If you find it too difficult to buy it on dextools, it would be better if you take a smart contract and then paste it on the swap platform based on the smart contract. If it's a BSC smart contract then you can buy it on Pancakeswap.

Sounds like a cache issue. Try hard refresh or use a private window to see wether the notification shows up or not. Sometimes the website was updated on the server but your browser still use the old UI to use it. I've seen it plenty of times when accessing Sovryn or other dapps after there is an update.
