Nowadays we are joining new bounties but getting low or non-rewards,

You must also think about how much pool that allocated for any campaigns in the bounty campaigns and how much participants that already participated in the campaign. I have been watching it closely and then i were seeing if these days social media campaign has low allocation but it has thousands of participants. Some campaign may get less participants but that's the point. If you wanna get paid and then just try to join in the campaign that will be paying you with stable coin but you should not expect to get good reward from there.

It's real but i can deny that probably there are some fake project that will not pay you good reward. You will get good reward if you can get a trusted campaign with big allocation but low participants. This is your home work to find that. Do your own research and as a bounty hunters and that's your responsibility

$800-1200 per month? Yes its possible but as you had mentioned, are you earning this amount on constant basis? Im pretty much sure that this is by chances and you couldnt tell that it would really be a fixed or sure one.

Finding the best project is something that couldnt be possible on constant basis or sure thing and its been always a challenge on finding a good one
basing on the current numbers of projects.

As a bounty hunter then this one is the most toughest challenge of all.

That's normal because the majority of the projects are bound to fail.

At least you don't invest money when joining a bounty, all you need is time and a little effort, so as much as possible carefully study the project you are promoting, don't be easy attracted by a high reward, look first at the reputation of the team as that would tell the quality of the projects, with a reputable team handling the project, most likely it will succeed and you will enjoy your reward.

Lastly, don't get easily disappointed, as one of my favorite actors say, fail 9 times, rise 10.

The bounties section is a highly unpredictable method of collecting new coins. You are new to this forum and just after joining the forum you have been attempting to join bounty projects.

Do you expect the older members of this forum to not recognize this pattern? Since we know that in this forum there are methods for quality posters to get paid from campaigns, the quality is made strict. As a new member of this forum you are expected to learn about bitcoin and how it works before you try to post. Because to be able to post something substantial you would need a working knowledge about some basics.

Participate in the forum and its discussions, gradually gain a higher rank and then apply for signature campaigns (found in the "Services" section). Dont get cheeped out into joining worthless altcoin bounties, they are waste of time.

I have seen so many newbies attempting to join such campaigns. Campaign managers get put off by this attitude of "join the forum for getting paid" and they are very less likely to accept you into a campaign.

Also if any less known manager is accepting you into such a campaign, be warned that the project might end up with non-payment.

Apart from the fact that I don't participate in altcoinbountys anyway (unless it's paid in BTC), I see the earnings for participation in a campaign more as a nice bonus, for much time I have already spent here. And not to write only 3 lines, which are absolutely worthless and contribute absolutely nothing to the community!
I have fun here on the forum, I love it to being here, love it to get new informations and learning every day. Because you never stop learning...

And it's not hard to tell if a user is here because he's interested in the different topics or if he's here only to get some money.

The reward will be determining by your choice. I'm seeing it that you are actively participating in social media campaign and even when the reward was getting fixed and you will still get small reward. The problem is this reward  will be also determined by the price of token and it didn't use stable coin to pay the participants. There are lots of new project but it doesn't mean you will always get good reward from there. I will tell you some things that make you get small amounts of reward.

2. Participants
3. Volatility

and some times you will not be paid when the team can't be trusted.

Sorry but where did you get this statistics? based on your own experiences? well i am not really into Bounties  in Altcoins instead i focus in Bitcoin paying campaign like what i am having now.
if this is indeed can be earned per month(depend in the company of course) then this is a really decent amount specially if living in 3rd world country in which funds is really deeply in need.

Real experience should really be enough imho because if you do really have that experience about bounty hunting then you could definitely say about the success rate which it isnt really that surprising.

But somehow there are still projects do really pay decent and finding them would really be just like finding a needle on a haystack but its up to someone on how they would be dealing on projects

because we couldnt really tell if a project is good or does have the potential most of the projects nowadays.

not all new bounties don't pay, only naughty devs don't pay
but if BM has done escrow, big or small, whether the promised coin sells or not, it will definitely be paid

for the price problem, I think the initial price list will definitely be dumped sometimes it doesn't match the initial estimate shared, if you are patient the value of the coins you get from the bounty will definitely return to their initial value

Developers and the team running the marketing may be different and if has been no such division of labor among the team and one guy is basically doing everything, then there is a high chance the project may just be a scam. Devs are rarely involved in the payment process. It usually comes from the marketing fund to the manager to be distributed.

We have seen escrows getting rouge but very rarely. But the bigger problem is that if a bounty manager is not accepting the project without an escrow, the team will offer the job to someone else. There will always be some low-income country manager ready to pick that up and eventually play a puppet role in the scam. It is not their fault. But participants should be aware of this.

Heh, in reality the advisors lock in period becomes the issue here. They dump as soon as their lock in ends.

The money held by bounty funds is a minuscule percentage of the total token distribution and even that cannot move the price to that extent.

This can only be done by dumping from some bagholder, namely the owners or the advisors.

Truth be told, bounties have always been like gambling and still are, some will pay good some will not! On paper you might be told this coin has a value of "X" and when you take part in such a coin and at the end of the campaign you are allocated coins of a value of $300 and when you want to trade them for other established coins like btc or usdt you will find that they are only worth a couple of dollars to cents because many people dump on first listing of the coin and we also have a few long term hodlers that artificially takeout supply from circulation which allows these coins to gain some value. Btw high rate of new coins also contributes to projects not growing to what was projected.

This will be never ending process, since we can't control it. No matter what, bounties will launch, some will pay and some won't pay.

Everyone expect good bounty with fair rewards but we're in crypto industry and most important it's decentralized. And decentralized involves with risk. Before joining any such bounty you should take the risk and proceed without any expectation. If you can handle such criteria then you're welcome.

Few weeks ago there is a Bounty that being shared in our telegram group and since i am not busy those days i tried to Join and spend at least couple of weeks, and up to now the payments is still pending and the team keeps promising that they will send sooner but i doubt it will happen.
though I don't give a damn because just that one for long time now so it is OK if this not progress anyway i already know what will happen but i still tried to join so it is my mistake .

I see that bounties are not promising now, meaning that nothing will be a big reward, but we look at the standard for this payment, so it's uncertain when the time is right and right it's to be paid, so a good bounty is for free time if you have it but if you don't then don't force it because it will be too difficult to do.

My view of the bounty is now quite better and professional managers have now promoted it a lot with a very small allocation and also quite a lot of participants, but remember each payment has to wait longer.

You are right, BM should do a mandatory escrowed for bounty rewards but unfortunately until now only few managers I can see doing this. Julerz is the only one who has this rule before accepting a bounty, he always escrowed tokens for security of both parties which is the right thing to do. Imagine we are wasting our free time, internet, money just to join bounty and earn extra money but we don't know if we will get paid in the end or not.

Yes, I say from my own experiences.  The Radix Bounty has been distributed this month. Someone from this bounty got paid $4000- $7000 and I got paid $930 myself.  Many have received over $2000 payments from the Beyond Protocol signature campaign. LandOrc, Natcoin, many of the hunter have received a payment of more than $1000 from each bounty. However, such a big payment does not come every month.
