Nowadays we are joining new bounties but getting low or non-rewards, is any new project that is paying good rewards that will be real or fake?

At this point of time here in the forum of bitcointalk and Altcointalk as well are not paying a good rewards to all their participants in terms of distribution nowadays. Only few of the bounties are paying good in the end. Meaning, they are few bounties now are becoming successful in the end of their campaign, that's the real thing happens now.

The more people would join up the lesser rewards you would able to gain which had been a typical stuff on bounty hunting which as a hunter then expect those things to happen.

The bounty allocation still remains same. It is the same bowl of rice being distributed to a increasing number of hungry mouths. I think there should be a maximum in the number of participants for a specific subset of the campaign in order to allow the manager to enforce quality control on them. But most of them dont and it becomes a more noise>signal thing. The manager is not to blame either, they will get mobbed if they become too strict.

There are still good paying bounties nowadays but it would really be hard to find out which one depending on your research about the project.

Good paying is only said when there would be a future market to sell those earnings and buyers to buy them. So only the ICO price is not the important thing, the listing and buying pressure makes a lot of difference which is very much lacking in every project. Who would buy a random shitcoin that does nothing new?

Not paying good or being scam? Its a part of it thats why you should know the risk involved.

Nothing is assured in talks of getting good pay out of those bounties.We cant really deny that it could possibly give us the opportunity on earning big and would vary on the project you are dealing with.

Somewhat this do really talks about some mix of luck when you are dealing with bounties whether you do get good rewards but dont really anticipate that it would be always giving out that positive results since most of them are trash nowadays.

So its up to you whether you do proceed on bounty hunting or would simply skip on it.

That depends on what kind of project that you have joined before. There are bunch of good project paid very good money to the bounty participants as per the current rate. I can mention a lot of them now too if you want. If you are joining in the legit bounty and you will be getting paid with nice amount of money but that depend on your analyzation.

Yeah and that's why people should do a deep research before try to join in any bounties. This to make sure if they will not be trapped by the scam bounties again and create another complaints about that.

because accept it that Most bounties are scam , only few that serves as legitimate and paying their Bounty hunter with decent amount instead from the promised amount ? the payments ended as Peanut only.
so if you are not that great in knowing which project is legit then prevent from joining instead.

I havent faced a bounty for a long time, where hunters managed to earn good. Havent heard that someone managed to earn at least a hundred dollars for a bounty that lasts a month. The reason why such thing happens from my point of view is due to great amount of projects. It is hard to stand out and get noticed. For a project, that runs bounty means it is hard to get its price pumped, or tokens being demanded. I would not recommend to spend a lot of time on bounties. The reasons I am still doing them are because they dont require much time to do tasks and they are sort of a free lottery, where the price is chance to be rewarded or not.

The bounty manager is just as employed as the bounty hunters, but mostly on different terms and with different tasks to do. If the project turns out to be a scam, of course BM is scammed as everyone else.
However, if the bounty tokens are in escrow, then the bounty manager (if he is honest) must pay them out. Bounty manager guarantees the payment of rewards.

Many of these scam projects aren't showing their true nature at first even if you do a research before you join them.

Often it has been seen that projects seem legit in the start but turn out to be a scam in the future. This cannot be predicted due to a lack of information and lack of regulation in this sector. It is easy to copy a blockchain project and make a new one but whether it is real or going to end up scam is a though thing to decide on.

They're turning into a con once their project becomes successful but still, there are those projects that you can spot on that you should avoid if you see some signs.

Majority of cases end up as failures, this should be kept in mind when enrolling yourself in a bounty campaign. If that bothers someone, they should not enroll. There are better time tested methods to make money, like trading or just working a job. Dont waste time on bounties if the fact that they are going to be worthless shitcoins bother you.

There are hundreds of bounty threads on bounty section and it suppose to be, you already know that where to check those as i can see you are already involved with this. But the fact is, you continuously received low reward for you work right? Actually bounties are totally unpreventable and its Your duty to check out before join any bounty. Checking their team members, telegram channels, Twitter activists and such things will help much to find out good bounty.

It's still actually good that there are still some profitable bounties that have been seen during the bull run. I thought that the most profitable bounties are only during 2016-2017 but no.

That's one standard that every bounty hunter should have. Having a good manager with a reputation to protect is a big thing because they'll make sure that their participants get paid even if the project is not successful, they'll guarantee that efforts will be paid off.
But if there's nothing much they can do anymore and they've done all that they can, participants have to accept the truth and don't blame the manager for the unsuccess of the bounty.

Checking their team members, telegram channels, Twitter activists and such things will help much to find out good bounty.

You can do that and you will gain some experience doing this, but it is not a full-proof method to weed out the scams or the future failures.

Instead, what I feel is that most projects are faking whitepapers and that need to be checked first.

Then go for the team profiles and see if they have been involved in some other successful projects too.

Try to email them or contact the advisors on linkedin if they are really involved with the project; scam projects will pick random pictures without taking their permission and they will be surprised when you contact them on linkedin and ask about the project.

Even them 99% of the projects will fail and not pay its participants, they are neither legally bound to do that.

Not an assurance but i did really follow this kind of thing on which i do stick out into those reputable bounty managers which does have high success chance of getting high quality projects even though

its not 100% guaranteed but high chance that they would really be listed out on exchangers and i agree that gone are the days on where bounties are worth but now its totally becomes
shit and a waste of time since most of them end up on being a failure or doesnt really have value at all or doesnt hit up exchangers and most of
them are just scams.

Bounty manager is hired in the same way as bounty hunters.
If the bounty manager is experienced in doing fundamental analysis, he can test the project better and reduce the risk of it being a scam. But now the scammers are making such perfect projects that you don't know who is behind the project and what their intentions are to the end.

He means good manager will always try to be selective in selecting the project to be managed. The only problem is there are some managers that too lazy to did a research before they wanna try to take the bounty and manager it as part of their jobs. I see some bounty managers like this.

The manager has also responsibility to take a good project instead of scam project. That's why both participants of bounty campaigns and managers must have DYOR before they wanna take a part in the bounty.

This is the most difficult task.

But now the scammers are making such perfect projects that you don't know who is behind the project and what their intentions are to the end.

That's why anonymous project should not be managed as it has a lot of potential to be scam project.

Can't blame them tho, the bounty campaign section is littered with bots joining, cheating, and even plagiarizing every data they find on any bounty campaign.
It's chaotic and troublesome and it doesn't generate enough good results because well, the majority of the participants are bots.
So when a project launching a bounty campaign with very little trust and confidence towards the whole bounty community, of course, they would be hesitant to allocate big amounts especially those genuine projects who value every token they have.

Cant really blame out those project owners who would really be keen on making some bounties on this forum and as a bounty manager then i do really believe on what you do have said since you are known on handling out some projects or bounties which you could definitely see and hear out those project owners would really be telling.
Cant really be denied that this forum had the most crypto traffic but it isnt already that good to consider on making out some marketing but still
it is more better rather than making one randomly on social media platforms.

It's a gamble at most. The forum does have good traffic coming in but the competition to get noticed by few investors here is tough. A project would need to pour in a lot of resource and funds get good results out of a bounty campaign and if for some reason they've hired someone who doesn't weed out bots and fake users, then all of those funding would just be a waste. Most of time, I just brutally tell my clients to lower their expectations so that it won't be as dissapointing.
