I just checked your profile and it seems this is the first contribution you have made on the forum, so how can you tell it does not work?

Also, I recommend you to use imgur, upload a picture and once it is uploaded click on the "get share links", select "BBcode".
That is the link you are supposed to paste on your publications in order for others to see the pictures you want to show.

Also, ensure you're using the correct format to post the image;
• Upload it on a site like imgur and copy the BBcode link
• Paste the link in the post you want it embedded in and put it between image tags;

You can use the preview option to know how the text would appear before making the post, and then can choose not to post it.

I guess it was a cache error indeed, it shows up now correctly in the preview!
