Personally, my opinion about fraud at the moment is the most pressing issue for the development of the crypto industry without fraudsters. Since the cryptoindustry is the most reliable way to develop and get profit from investment. And scammers want to use different laughs to get rich. And if there is such a system that immediately identifies the fraudster, it will be very great. So I fully support the idea of getting rid of the scammers.

Do you think it is possible to completely get rid of scams?

Hello everybody. I think everyone who has ever been involved in cryptocurrency investments is interested in the question of how to protect themselves from scams and loss of money. Recently I learned about the CheckDot project, which creates a platform with which it will be possible to get an assessment of any project in the blockchain world. In theory, this way you can get rid of a lot of scams, but does it help?

What do you think, is it possible to somehow get rid of scams among crypto projects?

Yes, it is possible if you can control your greed. Someone once said if someone's offer is too good for you then you should be suspicious. No one wants to distribute so much free money in crypto. Just do not be greedy, do enough research before throwing your money into something and always follow the trusted and verified social media account of a project.
Greed is actually the main reason and also if you do lack of knowledge and skills or experience on which are the main reasons on why you do get scammed

but if you are really that aware or sensible on your actions then you would really be finding this to be easy to avoid but there are people who are really that

easy to be fooled just because they are aiming on becoming rich on a short time possible which is one of the reasons on why people do end up something like this.

I don't think that this is possible, that is to totally get rid of scam projects. Maybe they can reduce them to the minimum but I don't see them being able to totally get rid of them because we have also noticed that, it's not just the projects themselves that have been scammed, exchange too have their own share of the problem.

Fraud will never go away in crypto world, no matter how you do it, it just represents one's personal nature to kill fraud, if awareness of trust is the main capital in crypto, no blockchain can help someone if they are willing to commit fraud, only everyone must be equipped with adequate knowledge, so that when a fraud is being committed, the public can find out in advance.

Scam comes in a whole different ways as far as I'm concern. It's very hard to control. Investment already involved risk, so try not to be too greedy in choosing what to invest into.

Right, I believe that Investors just need to be more careful and just like most have mentioned, not to be greedy in the market. there will always be people that will be putting out scam projects every now and then because that will never stop but if most investors decide to do the needful, I think it can be reduced.

it's not easy to avoid all scams i say that we should be careful investing in every new ico project that comes up, there are some projects will end up as scams and most of us are always ready to face this, if you find anything uncertain then don't invest any money you, this is one way to avoid fraud.

It can easily be avoided if you know how to check projects and you see the signs of being a scam.

Having that quality, you can easily avoid all scams that might go along your way. And if you see some of them, you're just going to avoid them because you can spot them on.

Yes, getting rid of scam is base on individual understanding of business transaction, while half of us are victimized of scam is because we are serious to uplift our business transaction's through minor things that will bring a surplus profit, so focusing on that, you can be easily carried away by scammers because scammers creates a platform that the bonus of the investment will gives you more than your capital, so seeing all this kind of surplus profit from investment platforms just know it's a scam project.. they always influence people through social media.

If investors can be careful in deciding all the problems that occur, then the condition of the cryptocurrency will always be in a safe and stable condition, fraudulent projects are actually unavoidable, but we can reduce our participation in the project, if more and more people do it and don't trust the project. If that's the case, then they can't do anything even to develop the project it will be difficult, this is important for everyone, not just big investors.

I don't think it's possible to be 100% free from scams. However, if you are careful, the amount can be reduced. Because scammers are always adopting new tactics. And someone will be caught in this new strategy of theirs.

possible. I mean by researching each project you want to invest in first. check their background. and be sure to leave a mark when you find anything suspicious especially like an unreasonable return on investment. and also avoid things related to money rich in one night.

To avoid the overall fraud is very difficult for investors, sometimes the assessment of the project from various sides is very good. But back to the owners, if they are honest this will be good luck for investors. If it was greed that they had and wanted to take everything else's property, this would be very hard to accept. But it would be nice to invest in projects that are managed by very experienced managers and have spawned many successful projects. For me this is very important, because the fraudulent mode will be carried out in ways that actually make us really believe it.

I haven't fully understood about the project so I can't judge if it will help to avoid scams or not. what is certain to avoid scam projects can be started from ourselves where we have to be more careful in choosing a project or coin to invest. We know that scammers certainly have many ways to cheat with tempting offers, but we also have to be smarter in sorting them out. scammers exist because there is an opportunity so as much as possible don't give opportunities to scammers because many people have been deceived by it and have suffered big losses.

Yes, that's right, if we don't recognize the project and don't have a strong reference, we should just leave it rather than a big risk will come, this kind of project usually only relies on hype, even to find more information is quite difficult for us to get, that means staying away from the project This is wiser than having to participate, considering the big risks we can't necessarily minimize.

In essence, bids that are too large for each new project need to be researched and questioned because if it doesn't make sense in general, it will obviously have an effect if the project does not become successful at the time they have set themselves.

CheckDOT, I just heard about this project and I went straight to the platform.
In general, audit platform is needed to increase investor's trust, let's take CertiK example, some projects have been verified by this security platform and as you can see, new projects that get CertiK certification will be chosen by investors, but you need to do some research too, because no one knows if the new audited project will last a long time following crypto developments or end up being a scam.

So we have to be very careful when investing in new projects, you have to know if they have a strong team, otherwise you have to make up your own mind, I believe they use their project as a tool to attract investors after taking profit then they disappear without obvious reasons.

nah, it's hard to avoid them. they are getting smarter day by day. some projects even have a good whitepaper/litepaper, audit, Doxxed team, etc. still can scam you. i believe CheckDot project can't fully save you from scammers. i'm still investing my money in top 50 market cap coins. but it doesn't mean i am safe from scam one day. maybe one of them turned into a scam project in the future.

It will be practically impossible to avoid falling for scam although with experience and mastery, you could reduce the possibility of falling. However, there are so many newbies out there who without any form of knowledge want to test the deep waters with both feet. And also, sometimes a dev may have very good intent but ending up failing, so it might not necessarily be a scam in this case but a failed project.
Bottom line is, one has to be really careful before investing in a project because some of these dev are not really your friend.
In addition some newbies are also greedy thus fell into scamming schemes, a lot of them are always offer with bogus fictitious rewards and bonuses in bid to make huge profits lose their hard earned money to scammers. We have to be very diligent and careful when it comes to investing in an unregulated crypto markers where scammers devises all sort of tricks to lure unsuspecting investors in a bid to scam them, researching projects we intend to invest in is the first step towards avoiding a scam
