This is the point that brings about addiction in gambling, its the only point that doesn't really put the gambling idea at right for most individuals involved in gambling. I don't have a positive mentality but I have a friend who has that mentality and he say will definitely get money but the result is nil' he always loses ,I have a negative mentality by the way all of that like the character of every human being not just a gambler positive character is who can always control his emotions so he has time when he want to play same with Development of the ability to quickly let go of things and move on but the reality on the ground is different and difficult to on control

Out of the dark clouds having a silver line shows the possibility of success out of gambling. The hard part everyone can't be on the silver line. Gambling is all about fun, and to stay safe setting our limits is a must.

Gambling can be compared with the cryptocurrency market, because if our calculation have gone against our prediction we might end up losing. Once after losing, out of stress should not take decisions to recover the loss. This will make you go for investment on shitcoins. Same as that one should not loss patience once after losing, because lack of patience will force the user to spend big. If lucky the recovery happens else it'll be a big loss.

I can give answers to those you have enumerated by my own definition.

-Development of Risk taking ability;  - this is like every gambler aims to hit. The bigger the bet the bigger the risk.

-Development of the ability to quickly let go of things and move on; - When you play with your emotions, this could turn out negatively. When you play and had been lossing a lot than winning, you might get frustrated and bet more to get back what you have lost.

-Positive mentality - This is my most favourite feeling when I am betting to my favourite team as well as the other non-favorite but would love to bet at a certain time.


- Consistency/ Not quiting attitude; - Yes, I am consistent betting on my favourite teams, and so far they gave me more wins that losses.

I agree that there are still positive traits that you get from gambling, but most effects are negative. As long as you manage to  keep yourself out from being addicted, then I can say we're all good!

Yeah, positive sides of gambling can be found if you look closer, the more you gamble the more you understand how things work in this industry. The chances decrease to hit big multi due to the actual house edge and you decide it is not the right time to gamble anymore. This is the most important thing for me as a gambler, I learn to take risks and learn how to minimize the risks by calculating them. If we go into details, we can actually find a lot of difference between trading and gambling. However, if we are talking about the habits themselves that can be learned and the experience that are acquired over time, in my opinion a lot from gambling can be used in trading and vice versa.

You need to take some risk in real life in order to have some real experience of what would have happened if you try this and that. Well, if you develop such character as a gambler and use it for other opportunities like finding job, building a business etc. then that would be even better because you learned not to give up easily thats why you keep trying. In gambling, I dont quit because im thinking that there's a lucky day meant for me. But on top of this I dont treat gambling as a resources to make a living. Thus even I keep playing despite of losses, im aware of my limit.

It helps for some people but not for most people because if you believe that will work for you, you will not count how much money you will spend on gambling and I think that is not worth doing that.
You should know that no matter how big you use your money, you still have two options in gambling and no one will know what they will get at the end of the games.
That is why many people tend to use more money when they lose in gambling because they believe they can win on the next rounds.
But it is okay if you have that mind, as that will depend on treating gambling.
